Thanks for your review and we're sorry to hear that your computer has been performing slower than you'd like it to. We'd recommend running the Windows Performance Troubleshooter by following these steps:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.

Great laptop for the money!

Not the fastest, but also not the slowest, and with the low pricetag it worked for what I needed it for. I am sold on Dell products and as long as this one performs I will continue to purchase Dell.

The computer can do a lot more but his needs are basic. He is happy with the larger screen. We received excellent service from Shay in the computer section. This is the 2nd time he has helped us and is great. He is nice , knowledgeable and friendly. A+++++

He mainly watches YouTube and does some light photo and video editing with it, but he regularly has 20+ tabs open in chrome at once for hours at a time, and this machine handles it very well. This is a solid machine for the price and is perfect for anyone just looking to do normal web browsing and video streaming.
