Like almost every review says its too slow ! biggest issue for me was how unresponsive the mouse pad was. So brought back !

It kept telling me windows did not upload correctly and I had to reset my pc to get it to stop giving me errors. But now the start menu doesn’t open ...? I’m going to bring it to the geek squad to see if they can do something for me

I’ve never had this and it messes up placement of hands as you are offset due to the keypad. It needs more memory to run MS Office. The memory is more than I paid for this computer. Looks nice.
