Great computer for sending resumes

I was window shopping, so to speak. Looking over different computers I did check out onsite. ONCE , I actually got the feel of the keyboard for the Dell computer; I was hooked. The salesman that assisted me, had an excellent customer service skills.

Right out of the box the indicator light on the power button did not work. The other big issues for me is that the WiFi adapter is very slow. Also cannot get internet videos to play...getting an error message, but no instructions to fix (ie install flash etc...)
