I like my Dell very much and intend to by Dell computer products moving forward.

I am concerned about the LT flashing a lot white screens then black when I turn it on. I did have the other one for about 4 years so I am hoping this problem goes away. I love this brand.

It was shipped to my home by Bestbuy and it was on time. I downloaded Windows 10 to the Windows 10 pretrial already installed on the Dell. I also installed Macafee that came with the computer for free. 20 days after I ordered the computer and opened it for the 3rd time the sign on screen did not load and it took 15 minutes then to load. I called Bestbuy explained the problem and they said it was defective and to bring it in for a swap. Well, then they said I had it for 20 days and I was not an elite customer I could not return it and I had to call Dell. I called Dell and spoke to a tech and they ran a system check and said there was a problem with the software nothing with hardware so there will be a fee for service. I spoke to the software person and was informed yes I will need to pay for the diagnostic and anything else they find wrong with the computer. I explained to him that I owned this laptop for less than a month and this was the 3rd time I used it. I asked to speak with the resolution center to file a complaint and I was told there was no such department and the supervisor would tell me the same. I would not recommend Dell to anyone and Bestbuy is just as horrible. My friend who is an IT fixed the issue and it was with the preinstalled Windows 10.

Its a good computer. I dont like windows 7

It was working fine for months but my brother complained the screen turns white every time it is turned on. We couldn't figure out what part has gone wrong. But for a year it was working fine.
