I was hesitant to purchase this product because of the price but it turned out to be the perfect first laptop for my youngster. It’s easy to use and a good size for her backpack!

Needed a laptop that I could quickly take on the go with me anywhere. Even within the house. Easy use and spill resistance keyboard when the kids are around, as an added bonus.

Nice laptop for the price point and easy to set up. Great buy and would suggest to friends. Might need to get my son one for Christmas.

Hardware included on these products are at the same engineering design level as other DELL products. Three of these same models were purchased and tested and all units had all updates preformed with no issues on factory included software. Great value for students who take education seriously instead of wasting time on video games . We like in the past are shipping these to the Philippines . BEST BUY prices through the years have allowed our nieces and nephews to pursue there education goals. Thank You BEST BUY!

A little slow and screen is a little dull n dim. But way better than the crap dell that was 400 more we exchanged for this one

This computer was purchased for a particular purpose and it is quite adequate for that purpose. I knew it would be a little slow but I didn't need anything fast.

Nice, reasonably priced starter laptop with nice sized screen. Only criticism is not very loud speakers, but that is common with most laptops in this price range.

This is a solid decent laptop. It's not as fast as more top of the line models would be, but considering how little I really do online, it's a good purchase.

I purchased for my friend as a gift. It's just the right size and weight. Getting started was easy. The mouse pad response is excellent. I did have issues with the apps. It's a little slow loading up and I'm not used to using apps on a laptop. We tried using the media player and just finding it was a hassle. Overall it's a good starter laptop. Got it on sale for $200, so I think it was a good deal.

Love the big screen. Not used to window 10 but loaded my windows suite and it's working fine. Was told it may be slow but I haven't noticed. Love it.

I picked this lap top up for $80 less than I could find it online or in "brick/mortar" stores. It does everything we ask it to do much faster than our old tower computer. My wife is writing a book, using it. I modify a lot pictures using it.. We both surf the web with it too. Ordering it was very easy and picking it up at the nearby Best Buy Store took me about 3 minutes flat. We have been using it for a month now, are very happy with this purchase.

This computer is perfect for basic computing. Boots up in a decent time and does all of the basics. It is a really good computer for the price.

Good laptop for the price. Speed is a little slow but okay for checking email and web search. Not good for photos as resolution is not great.

Easier to setup and use. Got this laptop for a older person new to computers. So far he loves it and is not having any trouble with it.

Been using desktop for years, wanted to go mobile but didn't want to spend too much. $200 open box, decent speed, good interactivity.

I would never use this as my primary laptop, it's not fast enough, but it's great for a travel laptop / only internet usage.
