However, it's also great if you are willing to do some upgrades. The Bluetooth/WiFi work very good, it is a very soft to touch keyboard to type on, the display is relatively good for the price, and it is pretty lightweight. But you also get a DVD player/burner and a SD card reader as well. This overall really is a lot of laptop for the almighty buck,

For emails, homework research, and or browsing the net: why spend more money. because it is DELL, ( Personally, am disgusted and despise other brands I have tried) expect better quality than other brands. Best Buy is my primary store, experienced quality walk-in repair service and not have to mail in flawed name brand merchandise.

Great Starter Computer

You will definitely want to upgrade the memory to 8 GB right away. It will seem very slow without it. You will also want to invest in a larger hard drive. I went the external route adding 2 TB of space. Overall a good buy.

This is a present for my wife but it is not very fast if you are considering buying it you should not care about speed but even this can easily be remedied for a little extra dough __add a solid state drive!
