Very goood laptop for a very good price. Works perfectly

Laptop works really good. Son uses it in college for writing papers and doing class work on-line. 3 months into school and have not experienced any problems.

I basically bought this for the disc drive so I can watch movies and it works perfectly for that. It's a little slow but that doesn't really matter to me.

Much needed replacement fast enough for work or play

This certainly meets the needs for my In-law that simply uses email and surfs the web. Simple setup, quick, portability within the house is also a plus.

Very Functional laptop. The only issue I have is that I think I need a wireless mouse since the area to click on doesn’t seem to work all the time.

This product was purchased for my son that is starting his first year of college. The product has plenty of space for him to store his school work. The computer loads fast. I would recommend the product.

Great computer for all my coursework assignments, maybe in the future when I start making beats I'll upgrade the RAM storage and customize it more

This laptop replaced a very old one I had that crashed. It was not a Dell, but I have used Dell products in the past and know they are good. Screen view is great and keyboard is comfortable to use. I like the extra memory and play games on this laptop daily. I am very happy with the graphics and setup in general.

We were looking for a new laptop for our high school age son, and this Dell laptop checked all the boxes. It has plenty of power for all school related tasks, is slim and lightweight to easily include in most backpacks, and even offers a nice platform for modest game play. All of those features at a great price through Best Buy. Our son loves it. We love it. Enough said!

The only problem I have was when I was unable to use my iphone for internet service when I was in area where there was no internet net service.

The price was right; the weight is right; good stand alone machine. Bought it to service a single use function for business purposes---NO GAMES. Couldn't care less about gaming functions. This was a replacement PC as the first one had a bad hard drive and Geek Patrol folks said to turn it back in for replacement. They know what they are talking about--great service.

Purchased this laptop on sale for a reasonable price. Overall, I am pleased with the features however Windows 10 disk was running at 100% right out of the box. I had to search online for various fixes and was able to disable some things to eliminate the problem. Seems to be running fine now.

I immediately installed a Crucial SSD hard drive into this laptop. It is now much faster; i have found that it costs much more to order them already with an SSD. The Crucial SSD hard drives come with Acronis True Image so the process was a breeze (less having to disassemble the laptop to install the drive).
