Took a little while to fully set up... Lots of downloads. Good value for a "basic" laptop. Not too powerful, but not a lot of power was needed.

Bought this laptop due to my old one was to old to update. Once I got everything loaded on it works great. Really fast compared to my old one.

I like these low costs dell computers. They seem to keep adding features each year, but keep the cost down.

When I first saw it, I didn't think much of it. After using it for school, I can say that it is worth it.

As a new computer, it has problems with installing downloaded windows updates. It gets weird messages saying the charger is not recognized and that the battery might not charge.

This has been my best investment towards school. It works wonderful, has a lot of applications to use at once. There is sufficient memory for classwork & homework. The many applications and functions this computer offers allows you to do everything in one place. Definitely recommend it to others.

Got this for my brother and he loves it. He had a stroke, so he need a large screen with remote mouse.

ended up returning it and getting an HP laptop. It was an open box item so idk if that affects it or not. First it had a failed motherboard, then it would not charge two times.

The computer works as advertised and is a good value. It was a last minute replacement for a damage one, and I am very happy with it.

Bought this because my Vaio crapped out after 6 years & Sony stopped making them. It's ok, but I really miss the Vaio. The Dell is much slower than a new computer should be.

I bought this laptop as I couldn't take my home one on a long trip with me. It is a similar model to the one I have at home except it has more moderate specs. I have found that it works exactly as I had hoped. I watch movies, video call people, and play some games on Steam with no problem.
