This laptop has everything I needed for school for a great price. The picture is clear and the camera and speaker work very well.

Fast, loaded with alot of memory, large screen, and it's a DELL. I didn't know there wasn't an external monitor port, but that's my bad. Happy so far.

I have had this new computer almost 1 month. It has performed well. The Geek Squad transfer my file and bookmarks without a problem. My old machine was very old i3 500GB. I bought this sight unseen except as described on the internet. Wish there had been one at a store near my home. If buying these types of items on-line in the future I'm glad I will not be around.

Great Laptop. I am more then pleased with this purchase. A lot better then my desktop to be honest. Now I'm going to upgrade the hard drive to a SSD

It came loaded with Window 10 so it was inevitable that I upgrade. : ) I use an external monitor and it doesn't have the port, but on me for not checking. The screen is large enough so that I can adapt. It came with Trend Virus protection, and I added Office after the purchase at a better price. So far so good.

This is a quality laptop. Good processing speed, good screen, sleek profile, and good size.

This laptop was a great purchase...fast and plenty of memory! Loved it!

The computer has a fast processor and a good amount of storage.

I would NOT recommend this model in future...terrible keyboard and internal mouse...slow processing...I don't feel the product was as advertised given the performance

Not only my Dell laptop is, by far, the worst product I have ever purchased, but their customer care is even worse than that. The computer failed less than two months after purchasing it (and barely being used). So we are talking about a BRAND NEW COMPUTER…. There is a (turned out to be a VERY FREQUENT) problem with the Windows updates and the security of the computer. If you look it up online, you will see it is often occurring and Dell is refusing to take any responsibility for it. I spent two days (2 h + each time) on the phone with reps and then a supervisor. They were ridiculous, reading from a paper and repeating the same thing like a broken record. They transferred me to their “advanced resolution department” (lol!!!) and I emailed with them back and forth for a few days as well. In the end, they refused to take any responsibility for that problem. I had to pay for recovering all the data (from my BRAND NEW COMPUTER) and reinstalling my computer. They did say they could (as a one-time thing) help me reinstall their software but I had to have available 3-4 hours on the phone. However, nothing about the money I had to pay to recover all my stuff. They do not provide any sort of service for situations like this which apparently are often occurring with their products. So basically, if you guys want to waste HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS on a bad product AND HOURS on the phone with their reps that would not really do anything about it and speak very bad English, then go ahead and order the Dell product. And I am definitely NOT just ranting. If you doubt any of the said, go and check their Facebook page, and you will see all the dissatisfied customers and all in the same opinion - “worst experience” with their Dell products. Absolute waste of time, and the worst reps and customer care.

I ordered this laptop online for my school and it arrived early than I expected, I was nervous with this purchased because there is no reviews but I took the risk, this laptop is awesome, fast and got everything I wanted in a laptop. I am happy of my purchased.
