I needed an updated laptop for college. I got a great deal on this model, however, one month after purchase the hard drive crashed. Dell was very nice about it. They replaced the hard drive and returned it within a week. It has been another month, with no problems. Actually, I never had problems, just one morning I turned it on and...crash. I feel the speed is more than accurate for college needs and internet browsing. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

The pad was unusal in that the left click was not like that on my previous dell computers. It is kind of a combination. Also I am not impressed with the audio compared my previous Dell experience. Another major issue is that the lights indicating functions is missing, I don't know why? I did like that feature on my old Dell. Although I am not complaining, and you can probably tell I am no computer wizard, I am seriouisly thinking about adding an additional 4 to the old Dell bringing it to 8 RAM and updating to 365 and just keep the new one for a spare. Neither the audio nor the video are what I expected based on my old Dell, and that is a disappointment. I should have researched this more thoroughly, but overall having learned this lesson is a leap forward but maybe not worth the price. Still, I'm not sorry I have this model and I would recommend it to others if they asked.

Definitely the right choice for me. Does all I need it to do for my small business, and more!

This is a good computer and was a present for my husband. My only issue with this computer is, for some reason, it came in pre-programmed for my name. I cannot get my name off and replace it with his name as the owner of the computer.

Got it for lite office work. Had Geek Sq do the set up and remove all the bloat ware. Boot up is quick - handles Exel, Word, on-line searches with no delays. So for me - not slow. Only in use a couple of weeks, but so far happy with it.

This laptop is nice and thin and Light. I wish the screen were a little bit bigger but I knew it was only 15 points 6 when I got it. I frequently have to go into the office so I'll of the portability of it.

Light weight and I love it. Have told everyone that it is a great computer

As being a new lap top user, I wasn't sure what to expect. It does everything your old desk top used to do.

Solid design and easy setup. Really like the hardware and the smaller charge adapter.

I had to replace my HP with a Dell. I miss my HP. Dell is not the same quality as HP. Very disappointed.

with this laptop. After we got it set up, it worked for a couple days but then wouldn't get online and then wouldn''t do anything. Had to take it into GEEK Squad and they had to reformat it and that means we had to reload all our softward on it. Not happy campers!!

Pretty good laptop, would be better if it had a tougher more durable casing

Dell is always a great product. So far working great for our needs in the office.

Nice price on a dependable name brand. Back light on keyboard is great idea.

Seems to work just fine for the price. Does everything I need it too. It was initially rather slow, but once I did a reset the computer started working better.
