    It's taking some getting used to, my previous dell is so old it was still running Windows XP and doesn't have a web cam, so this is very different, but it's so fast and I love that it has a camera for all the Zooming I do these days. Plus, it's so much thinner and lighter than my antique computer.

    Love this laptop. I got so tired of doing anything of substance on my tablet. Once my ASUS laptop died, I tried to put off the expense, but broke down and found this great DELL on sale. Boots up fast, easy navigation. QUIET computer. All the HP reviews sounded dreadful mentioning the fan noise. This laptop just has a quality feel to it. Pleased with this purchase.

    I have bought most of our laptops for our Business and they all have been Dell Laptops. They are perfect for our construction business, especially with everyone working remotely.

    Unit battery died after about 6 weeks...thankfully warranty allowed a credit for a new one and I switched over to an HP brand instead.

    This machine is generally very light a quiet due to the SSD and lack of an optical drive, however when the fan does start to run it is a little noisy. The keyboard as I have read in other reviews is also a bit louder than most and is not backlit, although there are indicator lights for caps lock and mute. Screen is bright although if you have the touchscreen variety it shows fingerprints like piano finish. One downgrade is the placement of the USB ports; both are right next to each other on the same side of the machine. This does not allow for any variation as to where your peripherals can be located.
