I needed a laptop to view data on cd's and didn't want to get an external drive. This does the job and is surprisingly fast.

Bought computer for my daughter to play Minecraft on. Computer has performed well. Only issue is the touchpad. Touchpad is not very responsive, will need to use a mouse.

This is a great computer. It took some time getting used to Windows 10. My last computer had Windows 7. I was surprised it came with an i7 processor for the price. I am extremely happy I purchased this laptop. The battery doesn't seem too bad.

I needed a laptop for school because mine crashed. I got this laptop and love it. It works great and connectivity to the internet is great. The price was also great. I would definitely recommend it. I have no regrets.

I ordered two of these laptops for family members for Christmas. First I ordered the laptops to be delivered before Christmas directly from Dell. After waiting over six weeks I cancelled the ordered and ordered the same laptops from Best Buy. The pricing turned out to be comparable including the software. Best Buy delivered the laptops by the date promised. As average users, we are pleased with the performance of Dell laptops

This laptop is amazing for its price! I7 and 8gb ram and 1tb. The only down side, if any, is the size. It's slightly big to carry around

Got this laptop on a sale and as open box, great speed and performance for house or office performs decently for simple cad design or more heavy processes, after an RAM upgrade to 16Gb it did it better.

It will be a great product for me to use. easy to learn all the ins and outs of using it.

I've had this machine for a little over a month. It is a good replacement for an ancient Sony. The hard drive is huge compared to the old machine. The screen resolution is much better. The only gripe I have is the touch pad is too close to the keyboard. I have large hands and I hit the touch pad while typing. I added a wireless trackball mouse and disabled touch pad in the windows software, problem solved.

Good computing power and memory at a reasonable price. Im still getting used to Windows 10 but the computer is performing well.

Very fast, lightweight more RAM than most machines in the price range, with a faster processor than the others in this price niche (i7 rather than an i5). All in all an excellent purchase.

Powerful laptop by reviews/store associate, although I had to buy the "open box" laptop because the store was out of stock. I took my chances that the unit was ready to use after taking it home. Nope. Turns out, the unit was either re-programmed and/or was tampered with. I had to take it to a computer repairman to have it completely restored. Once I had it serviced, it runs like a champ.

I am still getting used to new technology, but this baby is a keeper. Love the large screen and side number keypad. Still has internal disc drive and SD slot. ( a must have in my case)

I looked at a lot of laptops for the kids for school projects, etc. Great computer at a good price.

When I entered Best Buy to purchase a laptop I never thought I would be able to buy these configurations for this price. I saved almost 200 dollars as compared to the budget I had

I purchased this laptop about a month ago, and so far so good. I'm in the IT field so I've had a few laptops under my belt. I mainly bought this machine because of the i7 processor. This allowed me to run several virtual OSes in VMware without much hiccups. The downside is that it doesn't have a backlit keyboard LED, which makes it a little harder to type at night.

This Laptop works great for my online business. One thing negative for me was the black gloss finish. It was hard to keep clean like fingerprints etc.. Overall a great laptop

This is a nice laptop. One problem my batteries runs down fast. But I plug it in and I'm good.

The price is great for the performance you get. It's right sized for carry. Fits into laptop bags easily.

It works great so far, comes with a free antivirus for 6 months which is great, pretty fast and reliable
