I enjoy that it is lightweight and thinner than my previous HP laptop; I've just started really looking into what potential it has. The frustrating part with most purchases nowadays is that software is not loaded, so I bought Microsoft. It was difficult to scratch off the strip covering the code and some digits were lost. It has been such a hassle to get this resolved! That's why I gave a 4/5.

I trust the Dell brand entirely, but have not used my laptop enough to make a qualified review: However, I did notice when I read the specifications for my purchase on the Best Buy web site, 3.0 GHz was the listed speed for the processor, but after I purchased it - It is listed on my laptop as ONLY 2.4 GHz !!!

We bought this for use with voice recognition software for my son. It is awesome! Easy to use and he has had no problems with it at all!

Everything works well except for glitch with WiFi after hibernation kicks in

The CPU is a good value for the price. It's i7 is fast with enough storage.

Remote installation of Media Player and email contact with Dell individual support team as well as future availability of these folks very helpful. Best Buy sales and Geek Squad staff very helpful/efficient with purchase and set up. Love the speakers, and was pleasantly surprised /satisfied that I could do a fair amount of basic set up myself.

Does everything we want it to, and it has the current processor. This is equal to the speed of a lot of desk tops. Excellent buy!

took awhile to get used to windows 10 but I seem to like it better now.

I will never purchase another computer from BEST BUY AGAIN !!!! It wasn't in stock and drove to Winston Salem, NC store to pick it up = they had 5 in stock. Purchased on Wednesday, took to Greensboro for Geek Squad to load Windows 10, my HP Printer, got back on Saturday evening. It has been a complete disaster since. Should have purchased on the phone from DELL.

It does everything I need and has great speed and lots of memory.
