Good Basic Laptop With Power

I wanted a no-frills but powerful machine that can run most applications but didn't need to play all the high-res games. It runs great, surfs the web quickly, and the CPU is quick. Highly recommended!

Had to call support and they took over and opened and downloaded stuff. It now recognizes dvd. But still at times it is hard to manually open by hand to eject.

Great for the price

The construction is a bit cheap, but so is the price for a core i7. I can run Photoshop like a champ while streaming music. Incredible value, but don't expect all the bells and whistles of the more expensive machines...this is just a workhorse.

One of the things I was looking for was a laptop that still had a CD/DVD drive and this fit the bill. I have had no issues and the Geek squad did a great job setting up. I was able to purchase over the phone and have everything ready for pick-up at the customer service center.
