I'm 75 and learning new systems is not as easy as it once was but as I figure it out it is getting better.

Great laptop... Especially for the price. Wish keyboard was backlit but other than that great machine.

Not the best, but a good laptop for the money. 1TB hard drive and 6 gigs of ram makes this a smooth running laptop. The display is crystal clear with great life like colors.

The computer works well. Takes some getting used to of course. Windows 10 is not very user friendly. Hard to find where some things like bookmarks/favorites are located.

I loved this unit. It's perfect for my needs. My only problem it was hacked almost from taking it out of the box. Must bring it into the Geek Squad to be scrubbed. This is my fifth Dell and once this problem has been fixed, I will enjoy using it.

touch pad sucks. Overly sensitive. Do not like the power source not compatible with other Dell laptops. Not enough USB ports.

i like my laptop, its quick and powerful. it has some nice bells and whistles. ( Bluetooth, web cam ) im not a big fan of windows 10, i would prefer windows 7 or 8.

Good laptop for daily surfing and homework assignments! Large keyboard, comfortable and easy to use, compact, lightweight laptop. Easy to use and get acclimated to.

The computer is okay, it does have some problems. The main problem is the very cheap keyboard, some of the keys sound like the are sticking and are going to break ,the back space key is the worst it has to be pushed really hard to make it work. I am worried that I will have to get the keyboard worked on at some point. As far as the operating part of this computer goes it was very slow at first, but it acts like it is getting better. The computer still freezes sometimes.

I have always had Dell computers so I wanted to use them again. This has lived up to my expectations. I feel I got a great deal on it as well. Very happy

Good configuration, good performance. If you want a laptop that gives good performance in budget, this is good. The cons are : little extra pounds..

This laptop has a lot of great qualities that you can depend on and a lot of space on there for storage. I would highly recommend this laptop. It already has windows 10 on it, which is a plus so it's already to go for you.

My item was not in store so the sales person worked with me to get it ordered and have it shipped to me.

My daughter is very happy with this laptop. She uses it daily for school and for social media sites. Would definitely recommend!

I like everything about the laptop except for the Intel video card and 6 gb Ram, had it been Nvidea with min 8 GB RAM would have given 5 stars.

I love my new laptop. It's great to have in the kitchen so I have easy access to recipes as well as the internet and email. Nice for the kids to do their homework on while I make dinner so that i can supervise.

Laptop meets all my expectations - works well, is easy to use. Since I don't need to move it around, its size and weight work fine for me. So far, no problems
