this was an open box purchase and has worked great! The only problem has been trying to get used to Windows 10 which isn't as friendly as any of the previous Windows versions.

I purchased this PC for application development, install Visual Studio and other Java IDE, lightweight database. I also brought a SSD which make it faster.

Excellent laptop. Easy to set up and use. Good quality picture.

Maxed and fast! Received help from 5 star Geek Guys to get all updates still amazed at the capacity of the computer. By far the best pc I have ever had. All needs met.

I bought this laptop to replace our desktop and omit some clutter and give us the freedom of movement. Along with surfing the web and streaming videos, I use this laptop to stream my Xbox One games and perform moderate editing with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop CC. So far it has been a great machine, providing the necessary processing speed to keep up with what I do.

Has a cd drive and large touch screen. User friendly.

The computer I bought serves thr purpose it was bought for which is school.

I love the full keyboard and the screen is amazing. I really don't use the touch screen all that much. The size of the mouse pad is a little annoying, because I brush it when you type. The battery, even on modified settings is not great. It is thin and lightweight which is good for me.

Bought this for basic personal use and so far it has not disappointed me.

It works for all I need to do with my work and it's really fast!!!

I am not a gamer so I don't know if this laptop would be good for that. But it is just what we needed, slimline and lightweight. It comes with Windows 10 which I wasn't used to but I'm learning about it as I go. I would recommend this to a friend.

Nicely equipped laptop with a DVD at a very good price. Anything I could find that was comparable did not have the DVD drive or was short on the other options. Good deal overall.

Had to get another laptop after my Toshiba died. Always try to get all my electronics from best buy. So far this laptop is great. Seems to do everything I want it to do. May have to move my overall rating to 5 stars.

I purchased this laptop for side work I have been doing. It is a great work machine, with plenty of RAM & HD space. For the jobs I have used it on so far, it has been perfect for the job I needed it to do.

It was a great laptop. Quick worked well for the price. Doesn't hold up well to 5 foot drops on concrete though. Didn't have it very long after that.

Had everything I wanted except for a more current processor. Size of hard drive is good, love that it has a DVD drive, look and feel are great.....all made this a very good deal for the price.

There's not much to say about this computer other than it is working for what I need it to do. In this case, I am using it as a remote support computer and it is performing brilliantly.

I needed an upgrade and this laptop is so much better, it's fast and has plenty of storage space available! Super happy with my purchase.
