I am so happy with this computer. I love the touch screen. I am pleased that the system is strong enough that I can open many tabs at once and not have problems with the system slowing down. I have never had a 2 in 1 before. It is very convenient. This computer fits my needs perfectly.

I wanted a good price on a device with great features without a tiny screen. I do a lot of meme-like posts with positive messages and images. I've yet to explore how best to do this on my comp. My only real concern is having to forefeit the Microsoft security features to use Google Chrome as my primary search engine.

Very easy to use. Easy setup. Touch screen is great for moving screen to specific spots in reports and papers. Mouse pad is very sensitive and could use some explanation for how to use the functions for the mousepad. Good graphics. Speakers are good. At maximum volume and when recording it sounds a little tinny.

I purchased this laptop for the wifi capability. Also, because it had an SSD drive. However, the drive is pretty small at 128GB. It fills up fast. Its a great laptop to do business on with. I am still not a fan of Windows 10. But I am learning how the set up works. The 8GB of memory is pretty good as well.

This computer is great for those looking for basics in a laptop. I'm sure it can do a lot more but it's great for using searching the web, streaming movies and doing classwork. Touchscreen and number keypad are bonuses. The only thing missing is backlighting on the keyboard.

I bought this from Bestbuy.com. I never had a touchscreen laptop before. I'm very happy with my purchase. It"s a very fast computer. Sets up quickly. Touchscreen is very responsive. I wanted one that didn't cost much. It was a good deal at 299. I would recommend this to anyone.

I was in the market for a new laptop that would not break the bank. It would be used for college work and some computer programming. This laptop seemed to meet my needs and more. Upon opening it for the first time, my expectations were definitely met. An added bonus is that is has a touch screen!

This laptop replaced my older HP Pavilion and except that it will not accept a CD or DVD, it is super light, has double the memory, Windows 10 gets you up to-date with everything and Microsoft Edge works fantastic. I stream TV sitting here at my kitchen counter and watch this as much as my TV set.

Need to add more storage space but virus getting in the way! Not Best Buy’s or Geek Squad faults they have been accommodating..... Laptop decent price and geek squad outstanding.....on line help has been remarkable as well even with global impact has hindered service.

This PC, because of its Ryzen internals, is reasonably fast and is a great value when on sale, but it ships with Microsoft's ridiculous S-Mode enabled, which limits users to apps sourced from the M$ store. Horrible! Yes, S-Mode can be disabled, but it's a hassle. The screen resolution on this particular model is too low. I thought it would be okay, but it isn't. Yo have been warned. :)

Quality yet inexpensive Dell product. Does everything. Does not have backlit keyboard, and the unit left and right click are a little sticky. I use a wireless mouse 90% of the time, so it's relatively ok. Ps Not sure why it says my nickname is dissatisfied.. it wont let me change it.

This laptop served us well over a 3 year period for an elementary student. She probably kept it plugged in too much, but even so, the battery life was gone around year 2.

It's a great low cost touch screen laptop. I got it on sale and could not believe I got it with touch screen. It is quick in opening up MS Office files, keyboard and the overall build does not feel cheap. Great value laptop.

Had this laptop about two months now and have enjoyed using it. The build quality is obvious, strong materials and hinges are very supportive of the screen when open. Solid construction. It runs fast for basic internet, email and Word use. I would definitely recommend it for home use.

I bought this because I ended up having to work from home due to the pandemic. Thanks to the efficiency of this laptop, I don't think I want to go back to the office!! The price was great too. When I came back to buy the same one for my daughter, sadly it went out of stock.

We purchased this computer for our daughter to use for at-home schooling. This is her first computer and she has been able to use it with no issues what so ever. The computer setup was a breeze and now she is able to attend her daily zoom meetings with no assistance from us.

I have always loved Dell products! They are designed with such uniqueness and they have some of the best technology around! The price was right at the time of my purchase so I jumped at the chance especially since I was shopping around for a new laptop.

Works well but did not meet my needs. Purchased in store just before economic pause for working at home. I needed a touch screen to record chemistry lectures. This machine does not have a good enough touch screen for this purpose. I wish store employee knew this.
