Took awhile to set up but once up and running great laptop for good price. Love the touch screen.

The Dell I3 with 6gb of ram runs a little slower than I hoped but I haven't taken the time to remove the unwanted programs yet and the touchpad is a little different than I am use to but overall a good purchase.

I needed to replace a computer that was 7 years old (that's 105 in computer years). This computer was marked down for Black Monday from it's usual price.by 25%. For light office work and surfing it does very well. It's not a gaming machine, but it gets all my jobs done. The addition of an optical drive was a plus for me (YMMV). An adequate amount of ram was provided along with a comfortable sized hard drive.

This product has the right size processor with just the right amount of memory. The monitor is a good size with great resolution. To date, I have not found a better value for a better price. I have always had very positive experiences at Best buy. The only more positive thing was when Bestbuy opened here in Conway. I use to drive 80 miles round trip to Little Rock.

The Dell warranty alone puts this laptop above others in this price range, not to mention the 6gb of RAM and the touch screen, which are both rare in laptops this cheap.

Purchased this laptop with decent price when it was on sale. Arrived a little late but it performs better than my expectations as some reviews complaint about its slow speed. With the price I cannot complain more. By removing some preinstalled programs which I will never use, it runs faster than what I can accept. Overall, a decent budget laptop.

Lots of memory, a touch screen and a good performing processor. Was pleased to get many features for a very reasonable price. This purchase is a very good value.

I bought it for the price.But its a superslow pc.Sometimes the touchpad doesnt work. I have the same laptop I bought last year & that one is awesome.But this one dissapointed me.Other features are good overall.But still ,I was expecting more because it has lots of features which is for multitasking laptop.

Relatively easy setup. Since MS Windows always has updates it should be mentioned that the computer may seem slow for the first few days as those updates are downloaded and installed. I specifically looked and set the computer aside while it did all of the updates (one whole day with manual restarts). My wife does not like the black power button; it's hard to see.

I want a an inexpensive laptop that’s works well and this did the job. Really good laptop for the price.

Probably the best deal I have purchased from Best Buy. I kept looking to see if they sent me the right computer. I wish I bought another one at this price. Even with the i3, it's a lot faster than I thought. Like I said - Nice (especially for the Price)!
