I love me laptop

I have had no issues. And I thought I would not like the touch screen. Wrong! It’s great! Great job Dell and Best Buy!!

Way too slow
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have my old Dell Inspiron 3 series laptop with core I3 processor that is faster than this one I purchased by Thanksgiving. From day one I notice it takes 10 mins or more to boot and at least like half a minute if not more to open any application. UI rendering and rest of the features with the overall getup of laptop is fine but it's SO SLOW. Deleted few applications but no help. Also applications like Netflix and Skype throws error while installing. Won't happen in other devices. Will return it to either have something better or get cash back as it's still less than a month I received it.
