I bought this laptop on Black Friday. Laptop has the windows in S mode which also have option for deactivate the S mode and install all other third party apps. This laptop is very fast for normal applications such as MS Office and even for Adobe Products. Touch screen is added advantage. Very slim design, less weight, and good for college. SSD drive make the laptop more fast. However, it has some minor issues. It does not have c port. Also, I got some screen flashing issues. I contacted dell support and they tried to fix the issues, but did not work. May be mine is defected or the software I am using caused it. So, I had to return the laptop. Overall, this is very good laptop for the price.

I was a little worried about unboxing this laptop after I read some of the reviews, but this is a great laptop. It came with Windows 10 Home and the computer is very fast! I highly recommend and I'm very happy with the purchase.

This is a great, easy to use laptop that, suites my needs. I'm not a gamer so I didn't need something w/ massive amounts of memory, there is plenty for my needs in writing. The touchscreen feature in new to me so I haven't used it that much, but for some I can see the benefits.

Purchased 2 of these laptops for grand kids. The price was cheaper than anywhere else for the performance of this particular laptop. The kids love it and the touch screen was the final seller of the laptops.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He loves it and is putting it in good use for work. He loves the quietness and speed of the laptop. Lightweight and he takes it everywhere he goes. Easy set up and came with 6 months of anti virus.

love this computer. it was a birthday gift i like that it is touch screen it is fast and i like the design it has all over the laptop. great buy i would recommend this laptop.

This is all I need for the simple tasks I wanted to do. Web browsing, simple spreadsheets, organizing life etc. and having a laptop for the kids to share for their elementary school work. I was replacing a desktop and this laptop has a good screen size. I also like the separate number pad to the right of the typical keyboard. If you want a super mobile type of laptop there’s probably better (smaller) options but for a family laptop around the house this is perfect. I setup each kid with a unique login. They like that so they can customize their view.

I bought this computer for my high school age child for school. I was on sale for $299 when I bought it and it is working perfectly for what we needed. I am very happy with this computer, especially at the price.

This is a very good laptop, however I was surprised that it was lacking in space to transfer my old laptops information too. It is fast and with the addition of an external hard drive it serves our purpose well

It has been working great so far.Easy to set up. Pairs with my phone so I can respond to text messages on my laptop. touchscreen is an added benefit, since I don't like using a mouse. The price was phenomenal.

love that it has all features for school or work, camera, touch screen, all easy to use and no issues. added higher security, right size screen for all purposes and enough memory for everyday use.

As the title states, this was the best i3 I could find for under $300 with a large touch screen and that included all the necessary software I was looking for in a light use laptop for internet browsing.

I cannot review about longevity I just got it. First thr first thing you should do when you turn it on is update all the firmware and software. Then proceed to personalize. Mine would not activate Windows as many have reported. I simply did a trouble shoot and all was resolved. So far it works beautifully. If you game or do a lot of multitasking you will need to dig a little deeper in your pocket as you should know. For general purpose it is great. So far........

Purchased this laptop to replace an old one that had Windows 7. I am not a windows 10 fan, but this laptop has been easy to set up, and easy to use.

I purchased this Laptop to take along on road trips and get-aways. It has worked well so far. Windows 10 installed. Intel i3 processor seems to be adequate for our needs. Came with 8Gb ram with one slot still open. It has 128 Gb SSD as the boot drive. I added a 512 GB Sandisk SSD to provide some extra space. It would have been nice to have some additional information/ Specs with it. But was able to find out what I needed to know by visiting the Dell website and entering the service tag. Nice unit for the price. If I were going to do it again I may have gone for the next one up in price which had an i5 processor and more storage and I would not have had to add the extra drive.

Perfect laptop for basic office use. Solid state hard drive helps speed up the computer. Great for the price. Not the best display, but for the low price they have cut corners somewhere

This is a really great lower end laptop for students. Got this for my sister-in-law and she loves it. It hasn't had any issues and runs very fast for the price. Would highly recommend.

Got a phenomenal deal on this laptop. Everything I could want and more for the money. I steered away from Dell for a while, but they seem to have stepped up their game.
