This is a very reasonably priced laptop with touchscreen capabilities. Easy to use and very easy to set up. Nothing fancy, just get what you pay for.

This laptop has been nothing but great. Its fast reliable and easy to travel with. Not to big or too small. Made a grwat choice for school as well

I'm very happy with the purchase of the laptop. For the most part it does everything that I need "good enough". Some will be disappointed because there are times when it lags due to the fact that it's the lowest level processor, and the Wi-Fi is only 802.11n single band 2.4ghz, not the dual band. In my opinion, those are the only weak points, but that's what you should expect for the price. I only need to do basic things, so paying 2x as much for a higher end laptop wasn't worth it. My kids play Minecraft and that works fine as well.

Just the right size and has lots of bells and whistles for the price. The touch screen is fabulous! I'm pretty computer literate for an "oldie", but this model offers so much more for such a small price. I'll be trying out all the new options.

I bought this computer to replace an old HP laptop and after a week I am really pleased with this purchase. It is fast and looks well built and had no problems getting it going. Downloads are very fast and the updates are the same. I don't get some of the negative reviews I've read about this computer I've had none of these problems. It came with a 30 day trial McAfee virus protection program that I don't plan on using other than that it does everything that I need in a laptop. Would buy again, Oh yea Best Buy is a great place to buy your stuff!

The Dell computers have a good reputation. It has a quick start-up and the shut down is equally quick. Not like the pre-Windows 10 computers. There is plenty of hard drive space and 8gb makes things run without a hiccup. Love the touch screen, but it does take some getting used to. The battery life is good. All functions have me happy as a new users.

Perfect for what I was looking for. Already have a big desktop, so just needed something for bills and travel. Great screen, perfect size and adequate speed. Plus I found an open-box certified which cut the price. Optical disk drive didn't work when I tried it, but was quickly replaced by Dell. Fantastic customer service and took about a week.

This is a neat laptop great for occasional videos, web browsing and using productivity apps like MS Office. This is not the one that fits a power users needs. Having the optical drive, the SD card slot and touch screen is a big plus. However, you get what you pay for - the screen is not IPS and sub-par, audio is not all that great, the plastic is cheap and Windows update crawls on this laptop. This should fit the needs of most whose need is to do productivity apps, browse the internet or watch occasional videos

I purchased this computer to run software for a golf simulator and was pleased with the video and speed. The price was great.

My husband bought this laptop to replace a tablet he had, he loves it. The touch screen feature was the biggest selling point for him. The picture is fantastic and the speed for what we use it for is really good.

This is the second one I have bought. The first was for my son and I returned to buy a second. The specs for this price is such a great deal and the laptop runs awesome. Love the touch screen capability as well.

This is an ideal computer for a college student. It's fast and has ample storage for homework and the 1000 other tasks a college student would have a need for a computer to do. I would buy it again.

Much quicker than my old laptop. I love the key pad and my grandchildren love the touch screen (raised with iPADS they are expecting this feature). I had troubles with this machine the first week I used it but it seems the laptop was not at fault. Two programs were competing with each other and my local Geek Squad solved my problem. Bluetooth and HDMI are great. It says it has a spill-resistant keyboard which I hope I never have to test but with small grandchildren you never know! I use this mostly for emails and word processing. I've found the keyboard to be less prone to having my text disappear from where I expected it to be and appear somewhere I was not than my old machine.

So I need a laptop for my son and I decided on this one for him. It’s a great starter laptop for a 12 year old. He’s just using it to do basic homework and light web surfing. It has a 15.6” touch screen which is responsive, i3-7100 processor, 8GB of memory and a 1 TB hard drive which should be enough space for doing homework. It’s light, weighs about 5lbs and thin also so it will be easy to carry. I like the price for what it is.

I like the touch screen. I am glad I got it. Only 4 stars because it’s too heavy to carry around

Nice features for a lower priced laptop. Touch screen features are a nice bonus at this price
