I bought this laptop for my dad for his birthday, and he loves it! Light weight, backlit keyboard, touch screen, plenty of storage and RAM - a sight for sore eyes for someone who's former laptop was 15 years old. The blue steel outer cover color is also very sleek and smudge resistant. Ordered online and it arrived in 3 business days, well packaged, and easy setup. My dad was up and ready to use his new system in no time. Thanks for making my dad a very happy man! :)

Have had this a little less than a week but so far I am extremely happy with it. Set up was easy, only one minor issue with e-mail set up but was resolved with a phone call. It's quiet, no noise from the fan, glad to have a key pad again, keyboard has a nice touch. I'm not a computer pro, but this laptop should last me for years. Am glad to back with a Dell.

Had to update my laptop for windows 10 migration and I have not been disappointed. The machine was delivered ready to go and it has worked flawlessly. Internet speed is great and of course it is working very quickly without a bunch of old files slowing it down. Laptop seems to be made with decent materials and it doesn't feel like cheap plastic.

This is a very nice laptop The speed is great. You log on in seconds and the touchscreen as well as keyboard commands are fast. I'm a very pleased buyer.

Geek squad set the up by transfers old info over & all was great when we plugged it in. Great computer what my friends basic computer needs & is fast. It replaced an older viois that was no longer supported.

This has been awesome love touch screen, fast processor and the storage space. It is hard to find DVD drives anymore.

After about 11 months of running well, and regular updates, it began to slow down and 2 of the 3 USB ports stopped working. I brought it into Best Buy and they told me they could fix it, but they recycled it after 3 weeks of being in the shop...

fast and reliable laptop. touch screen is a plus along with the keyboard glow.

Worked well for about a year, google does not open, runs slow, I think it’s just older, more outdated. Still has a disk drive, so it is bulky. Can get very hot. Battery life is decent!

could make more bezel less and annoying big space from bottom panel taken for logo is worst ever bad design by any person on this earth who got paid. No touch log in bad. Power On terrible in side. keypads good, touchpad rough! really? I mean what design people were thinking to make a sand paper? Would say they ruin mines which got some alloy and glass plus some pollution on earth by making such machines.
