I purchased this laptop during thanksgiving. Its working fine without any flaws. I found Touchscreen little clumsy, but I rarely use it. If touchscreen is not your priority then everything else is absolutely fine. I bought same laptop for my friend :)

When my MacBook Pro was experiencing problems I decided to try this computer. It had everything I needed and it was on sale. For someone that just surfs the internet and uses it for email I am sure it would be good enough. However, for me it was a major headache. One of the major problems is the mouse would disappear every 5-10 minutes. It is touchscreen so the mouse disappearing didn't make the computer unusable but just really annoying. It would update continuously and took a long time to start up. The battery didn't last very long, and I had to download iTunes almost a dozen times before it worked properly. Essentially, it just became such a major headache that I couldn't stand it and I returned it.

My Dell Inspiron 15.6 Touch Screen Laptop is an ideal computer for me. I am an older adult and use my computer primarily to shop on the internet and to send and receive e-mails. I love the keyboard as the letters are white, a sharp contrast to the black keys which makes it easier for me to see them clearly.

When searching for a new labtop make sure you get one to fit your needs. I bought this for my daughter in college, but she needed one with a faster processor. The sales person was great explained the difference between labtops based on our needs.

Can't complain for the price, so far so good. My son uses it every day. My wife on the weekends. We don't use it for gaming or anything like that. Do watch some vids on it and they look great. So for the price I'm very happy with what I got....

Like having the touchscreen although it is quirky at time. Not a fan of windows 10 at the moment. I am still working on making it do all that I need it to in a way that is comfortable for me.

A good value for the price and operates great for what I use it for which is basic functions of email, word processing, and web browsing. I have loaded my software suites with no difficulty and everything is working well. No complaints...
