This laptop was purchased to be used for email, surfing, etc. I am extremely pleased with the functionality available and have found myself using it for many other things.

Purchased this item as a gift and it has suited the needs of the recipient wonderfully. It was a replacement for a standard desktop and has worked out well. Great value.

Computer seems old except for the touchscreen capability. Not as durable as my last laptop.

It's big it's bulky it's heavy. I bought two at the same time, ended up taking one back. Geek squad told me the hard drive was spinning slow, wanted to keep it 2 or 3 days and replace the hard drive, told them why would I wait for a brand new computer to be fixed so I swapped it out for another new unit. I have only turned it on twice but this one seems to work well enough for what I need it for, go pro editing.

The sales person was patient and knowledgeable . Best Buy again. Best Buy offers a wide variety of items and electronics. Thank you for your help to obtain these points.

Was researching and found that this laptop was highly recommended and they were correct I would recommend to anyone. Got mine to go back to college and works excellent.

This laptop has been a great value. I've had several Dell laptop and notebooks and this one continues to meet the standard.

Dell laptop has been good except that we are already having an issue with the charger and the computer is only a month old
