Not pleased with misleading info from sales person--mistakes that cost us additional and un necessary $

Upgraded from a cheap 1st laptop to this for my children. They haven't broken it yet and they like it.

Only thing I wish it had was a VGA adapter. It doesn't so I'll have to buy a seperate hdmi/vga adapter

It's an ok laptop. There is no LED lights for charge and activities status which is disliked by owner.

Sleek design, fast easy to set up. I purchased this for my granddaughter who is a Sophomore in High School and it does everything she needs.

This computer is ok for someone who has limited use on the computer. It starts up slower than I expected for a new computer and I have had issues with the power supply charging the battery. It has a fail-safe feature to ensure you are using the right cord and even though the cord is the correct one, it is not recognizing it and the battery will not charge.

Very happy with my Dell laptop. Does all I need as I only use it for work. I do wish it was a bit lighter in weight.

Good response time. Having the touch screen has taken some getting use to. Just the slightest touch takes me out of the field I'm entering.

The laptop is very slow and feels like as if it is a generation old system. The configurations looked very good on paper, but when I started using it I found that it was almost a nightmare. The system is slow from day-1. Have tried so many tuning tips and setup changes. I wish instead of trying to tune it, I would have returned it back! :(

No real complaints. There are faster and fancier laptops but dollar for dollar I'll buy it again.

This is a great laptop for the everyday user. Keyboard is large enough and the laptop is sturdy.
