slow, mouse keeps locking good thing for touch screen checking to see if too late to return

This laptop was not what I expected at all, it's terribly slow and makes an awful noise entire time working with it, moreover it does not play all the cds which I expect the problem to be with the windows 10.

After only 70 days it started shutting down as if it were hot. Ran online diagnostic said it was fine but wasn't. When I tried to contact customer service the site kept locking and giving an error message.

I will never buy a Dell computer again. It locks up, it tells me I have the wrong cord and battery may not charge, when this is the cord that came with it. So ... no more Dells for me.

Literally the week after warranty ended my computer is no longer working and needs a new hard drive so I lost everything. Never getting Dell again and recommend everyone avoid!

Geek squad repaired unit 4 times. Asked for a replacement unit, to no avail. Manager gave me an attitude. That's what upset me the most. Geek squad was very helpfull.

I took it back. Slow. Jerky movement of the mouse pointer. Unable to adjust screen picture 's contrast and brightness.

After I bought the laptop, i hardly used it since the charger never worked.The slot for the changer is not working

Zero stars. This machine is a brick. I will not buy anything from Best Buy again because of this piece of garbage.

The screen broke a month I bought this and Best Buy wants me to fix it for a price more than how I bought it

Didn't even use for 2 months charger fell apart! Dell or Bestbuy won't replace, terrible!

Returned to store and purchased a different computer

I have only been using this laptop for a couple days. I seems to run slower than my ASUS, even though they have the same ram. It was easy to set up. Not crazy about the Windows 10, but that is not DELL's fault. It seems to do everything I need it to do although, as I said, it seems a little slow. I will wait a couple more days before I take it to the store to see if they think so also. I hate to recommend this product since I have only used it for such a short time, but the review only gives a choice of yes or no, so as of this moment, I guess it is a yes.

Dell knows what they're doing. No flashy, gimmicky stuff, just a hard working PC that gets me from 9am - 5pm seamlessly without breaking something in anger or frustration.

I bought this computer on black Friday for a steal. This computer does everything I need and more. The touch screen feature is a plus. The computer is fast and has plenty of storage. The HDMI connection and USB 3.0 is great. I have no complaints and feel if I paid list price I'd still be happy

i bought this computer for my daughter, worked great in the store. opened the box, dell can not even give you a good instruction manual, no phone number to call if you help. worked ok the first day, second day went to access the u-tube and would not let me connect to web. took it back to store and got another computer same model and had the qeak squad set up the new computer. took it home worked great the first day but could not access web the second day. if it did connect, it was slower than my computer that is 5 years old. it may be the windows 10 updates that caused this or defender firewall but after spending 450.00 i was very disappointed and if there are software problems , maybe Best buy needs to refuse the software till all updates and corrections are made. very bad experience with dell and Microsoft 10. after the 2nd time returning it i got a full refund.

it was a perfect product for school and daily use. great product for school.

Awesome laptop for the price.Got it for 350 in the holiday season. worth every penny.
