    the only thing remotely disadvantage is the screen graphics but that is getting picky. love it!!!! i could go on and on. you will happy for the price..

    Worst service experience in my life

    I bought a Dell latitude laptop last year and during the year end i was facing an issue with the charger connector inside the laptop. so i contacted the Dell support (request number 939385463) and sent the laptop to Dell support center on December 05 2016. They fixed the issue and sent the laptop to some other address by December 14. I informed them regarding this, them they said they will investigate and respond. After few days they said they can't track the laptop so a new one is assured in place of the lost one (Dec 20). After that now it is one month passed still they didn't send me the laptop. Every alternate day i am getting an email from one of the service person saying apology for the mistake happened from their side. Now they are saying they are again investigating my old laptop. Now i am very much frustrated with the irresponsible behavior of these support people. i was communicating to a service person called G***n (you will get the name from the request), multiple times i sent emails to him to call me or escalate this issue to their managers. he didn't do that. i told him to loop any of his manager in the email, that also he didn't do. On 1/19 i got a new update email saying my old laptop is recovered and sent to my address. They shared one tracking number as well. When I verified the tracking number, i could see the laptop is again sent to the same wrong address. Why these fools sent the laptop again to the wrong address. I am happy if am getting my old laptop itself. But the problem is, my laptops warranty ended on 1/31/2017. These fools in support told me to extend the warranty for the laptop without even getting that. they don't even know where is it. Evenif they are sending the laptop from some other person's hand, how can i know whether tat person opened the laptop hardware and I lost the warranty. Now it is about 2 months after i sent the laptop for service, still my waiting is continuing. This is the worst service experience in my life. I never expected this kind of an irresponsible and useless service experience from a reputed company like Dell. Now i don't know what to do

    Boot time

    Boot time was way more than normal and rendered black screen. However, this is a decent budget laptop with a good configuration. Not very attractive but a useful one.

    Very low end laptop

    Poor screen contrast. Everything looks washed out. The wireless connection keeps dropping. No problems with any other devices in my home. I have always bought Toshiba or HP in the past but bought this Dell because of positive reviews. Poor is a generous review for this laptop.This will be my last Dell product. Let's see if I can stay connected long enough to post this review.

    WORST DELL COMPUTER I'VE PURCHASED YET

    I've been a lifelong Dell user. I bought two of these just under a year ago, having previously purchased Dell computers from Best Buy and having a good experience. 1) The construction of these computers is the worst I've seen. They are very flimsy. 2) One of the computers already freezes up frequently. Neither of them seems to run as well as expected with Windows 10. ...most importantly...3) After less than a year, I need to have the DC port on one of the computers replaced, as it has broken (normal use...just poor construction). Out of curiosity, I called the Geek Squad to see the estimated price for repair...only to be stunned by both the price for repair (even potential repair) and that they cannot fix it in house (having to send it off site...which explains the cost.) I found a place out in town (very reputable) that can replace it locally for a fraction of the cost. I'm not sure I will buy a Dell again, and definitely not from Best Buy.

    mouse pad has a mind of its own..computer is slow

    maybe i just got a bad one but this goes back to Best Buy. mouse pad has a mind of its own and the mouse locks up. Very slow. Not as fast as my 5 year old laptop that it was supposed to replace.

    my Dell Inspiron laptop automatically shuts down, right in the 13th month after I bought. So I had to buy another expensive brand new mother board to fix it. But it only lasts about 6 months. the automatically shut down issue comes back. I google the issue on internet and found out many inspiring laptop users have the same issue, someone even made a youtube video. It is a piece of garbage.

    A slow machine

    I bought two of them last Thanksgiving for my children. When I setup the laptops, I felt it is very slow, for i5 with 6GB of RAM. I have used many Windows laptops before, as I develop software for Windows. This one is surprisingly slow for a new laptop. My kids use my Surface Pro a lot. They also complained about how slow their new laptops are. After a couple months, both laptops are no longer working. One of them has a broken screen, another one no longer boot. Broken screen must be user error, while I don't know why the other one doesn't boot. Since I am disappointed by the performance, I don't bother to debug the issue,

    This is the worst, slowest, most frustrating laptop I've ever used. Click on something and go get a cup of coffee, because that's how long it takes to load. I should have stuck with "Old Faithful", HP.

    I have only had this computer for 30 days. Today it will not come on, won't even charge. It cost too much for this not what I expected to get from Best Buy product.
