Great computer, awesome memory and storage definatly recommend

This laptop is a great deal, works well for my needs so far. My job required something that had good processing speed since I have to have a lot of programs and tabs open for my job and it definitely keeps up with that so far. Aside from still getting used to using a different computer, I like it. The mouse pad takes some getting used to...even having adjusted the sensitivity, I constantly find it moving things or changing things on me very easily without my intending to. I would recommend this for general office, internet and personal use.

It has a nice color and texture on the top. The touchscreen works well and I like the back-lit keyboard. Very good computer and good price!

I had a Dell computer back in 2008 and loved it. Gave it to a friend in Russia who needed a laptop. Then I tried an HP for a few years and it finally died. I put off buying a new laptop until the 6th gen of core processors arrived and it was worth the wait. I don't use a huge number of the functions, but need it to record presentations and use all of Microsoft Office. This machine is fast. I also am very picky about my keyboards and this one is extremely comfortable. I don't think many would be disappointed by this laptop.

Received this computer for Christmas. I wanted a laptop to play some games on. The price was excellent. Performance is great.

Bought this laptop for college student. Wanted one with at least 6GB memory and 1TB hard drive. Love the backlit keyboard.

HAD NO PROBLEMS. easy setup works well and fast and the saleperson at best buy was very helpful

For the price it is a good touchscreen laptop. 3D camera is cool feature. Nice screen display. Not living the power button. It seems I always need to hit it a few times to turn on. The keyboard does seems flimsy but I'm sure it should last.

I bought my laptop a week before Xmas & it is great. However, lately a month later, it seems to be acting up & I don't know why. I will be bringing it in to see what's up. Otherwise I love it. I love the touch screen & everything else.

The laptop is real stubbly easy to use and has many great features. Getting used to Microsoft 10 was a little more challenging than I expected, but overall easy to use. I would recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a new laptop.

Nice computer but having some problems can not get the microphone to work at all. Hard to download what I need if it was not for the fact that I went on vacation with it for 30 days I would have taken it back but the time is

I was born in the 90s I'm not a fan of windows 10. But the overall quality of the computer is excellent. Exceeded my expectations.

Excellent device that performs as it is supposed to. Only short coming I find is that there are no easily found instructions on operations of the unit nor have I found instructions on the Windows 10 OS. These would be very helpful especially to a member of the older generation. Great store with very helpful staff makes acquiring new equipment a snap, Thank you, I am a new fan of Best Buy.

It meets the basic requirements for an everyday laptop. Still trying to get used to using Windows 10 but everything else is just pretty convenient to use. Most importantly, it was too good of a deal to pass on!

My last Dell was bought in 2010 so the differences are astronomical. A little hard to get used to the new Windows. The touch screen is awesome. I forgot that it had the capability and I touched it and the pictures got super huge. I was like a kid in a candy store. Now I use it all the time.

I used this laptop for a project to make a kiosk station. Worked fine for what I needed. Touch screen was a nice touch. It is a bit laggy for the hardware it has.. Probably a clean install would fix :)

my old laptop died suddenly and i was in need of a laptop, I went in got this one, I think It runs pretty good, I game just a little and it goes fairly well for that, better then the hp i had before, I with it was a little more user friendly, I have had it for a little while and still hardly know how to use it, but i am not on it much and i'm not tech friendly. overall i think it was a good buy, I say a good buy for anyone looking to spend 300-600 on a laptop I would add the back light is essential i do a lot in dim lighting spaces and would die without it.

This laptop performs well most of the time. While I'm getting used to the way it works, it can seem "fussy" at times, slow to react, can't keep up with my key strokes and gets hung up. I am worried about random messages that pop up such as "hard drive not installed" when opening up one time. I'm glad I got some deals at the time I purchased this because I would not want to pay the full price for how it performs and behaves.I would recommend this product with some cautions.

Had over a month. Everything works better than expected. Boot time lags and it's a little bigger than I had picture. Good computer for the price
