Purchased for my mother who has used the heck out of this thing for Facebook. I liked the touch screen although I am not sure she uses it.

Though there are certainly laptops out there with faster processors, larger storage, more memory, etc., this was more than sufficient for my needs and offered at a very reasonable price when compared against others. A very good personal computer for most home use.

Bought this laptop for my daughter in 8th grade. She is loving it. Able to do school work on it, and watch Netflix when she is done.

Easy to use. Easy set up. I love the backlit keyboard and touch screen. The Bluetooth makes everything easier in my opinion.

Love the new Dell laptop with touchscreen and backlit keyboard. Didn't know if I really wanted to put my fingers on the screen or would even use it, but comes in very handy in addition to the multitouch pad. Great memory, performance, and style.

This was the first touch screen laptop I buy and it works much better than I expected, the touch screen is very responsive, almost the same as on tablets, and the screen hinge is strong enough so the screen does not wiggle much when you touch it. The laptop build quality is great as well and made of high quality plastic. The i5 cpu does everything I need and it only struggles when playing 4k videos on YouTube, other than that it can handle all other YouTube resolution without any issues

The Dell laptop is decent. We have had a few problems with the internet shutting down. We also had a problem with a pop-up which we deleted. The pop-up was "LogMeIn Repair". The mouse was great after I got used to it. We disabled the mouse pad on the laptop because I am short and it was erasing lines I had typed. Luckily, I could use the back button to get my work back. I still need to watch the video, but windows 10 seems decent.

Best features on a solid laptop for the money. Lit keyboard, sharp graphics and a touch-screen.

This workstation has exceeded my expectations so far. It performs well, I am able to connect to networks easily, the adoption of Win10 w/ the touch screen is very nice and seamless. Great product over all.

I wanted a new laptop for school and this one came highly rated. It's not heavy, the screen is big enough and very clear. It was super easy to set up and so far it has been a great purchase!

We bought another Dell because our last one lasted for more than 5 years. It is a nice computer, we like the touch screen. It's used for mainly web surfing or Netflix and does the job well.
