However dislike the following: Had to pay to install office- should be a basic on the unit No games on it not even solitaire No color options grey is just ok Had to shop online, because in store selection was very poor

Love it

Except I wish the screen would swivel 360 so it would work as a tablet. Screen resolution, though not as high as many higher end machines, is fine, so is brightness. Backlit keyboard very nice. Good machine for this price point-- even for $400 or $500...

The initial description on the web site was misleading though it stated the processor speed was 2.8Ghz and when I looked in the system it states 2.3-2.4 Ghz felt did not get what I paid for

Good all around laptop

The Dell software can be irritating due to warnings such as the inabilty to start the laptop without verifying that you know the battery is low.
