After reading several positive reviews about the Dell I was convinced to make the purchase. I have NOT been disappointed! I have owned several other laptops but this is the best so far. I love the back-lighted keyboard. You can work in the dark and find all of the keys. Great purchase

It's a nice laptop wish it had the cd/dvd burner. I bought this for my niece for graduation. We went to pick it out together and she wasn't feeling well. But she insisted. She picked it out pretty quick and we hooked it up with all the bells and whistles (Microsoft suite, Virus protection and Geek protection). Just didn't realize it didn't have a cd/dvd burner. We didn't even realize it was a touch screen. She liked the screen size, the memory size and that the keyboard lit up.

I was in a bind and needed a laptop immediately, so I picked this one since it had most of what I needed. I did have to spend a lot of additional money on software and licenses to upgrade for professional use, but the laptop itself is great! The touchscreen is a nice feature too... =)

It was time to upgrade & we looked at all of the laptops at Best Buy. This one had the best bang for the buck. Touchscreen convenience (who needs an iPad anyway) with full computing power to handle work & play. Also, it has tons of memory & the screen is sharp.

The laptop was purchased at an excellent price, the salesman explained all my questions although I wished he had spoken more about the lack of DVD slot. I ended up purchasing an external hard drive which works fine. Other than that, the lap top is all I needed.

This has been a great laptop and an even better price considering it has a touch screen which I love.

I purchased this laptop for my son, who is a freshman in high school this year. It has been great so far and he is very happy with it.

It's cool. Moves fast . Gets the job done . Touch screen is sensitive . The laptop nice and sleek .Need glass cleaner on hand though

This is a good laptop so far. Seems to be pretty fast and has quite a bit of memory for the price. Like the touch screen option.

It was kind of hard to figure out, as it is my first touch screen laptop and first time working with windows 8. Overall pleased

like the touchscreen and settings and functionality of laptop made it easy to see for someone who has had major eye surgeries

This laptop was for my wife who just needed a laptop for home use. She enjoyed the touchscreen aspect and that fact that the laptop boots right up with zero hesitation.

Was searching for a new work laptop and this was the one I kept coming back to. Screen size, processor type and speed, no optical drive, weight, etc... Has Everything I need and then way more! Well worth the price!

After 8 years it was time to upgrade to a new and more efficient laptop. However, technology has changed in that period of time and my knowledge in that area was limited. A Best Buy associate walked me around and explained details and specs on several different computers. After learning what type of commuter activity I would be using it for, it was easy for the associate to recommend a quality laptop in my price range. I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received.

After a bad experience with HP laptops, our Best Buy associate recommended Dell. We have been pleased with the speed and performance and think this is a great fit for us. First Dell product we've owned.
