Also, the quality of service that you get at Best Buy far exceeds the expectations, more than any store in town. Although the final satisfaction relies on the product itself and in this case, INTEL processor is the best in the world, yet the small pieces of the puzzle adds up to the overall satisfaction.

Perfect general use laptop

Moved all the data over to new Dell with win 10. Fast , smooth , no issues after updates, just a plain workhorse. I will buy another for myself next time they are on sale.

Windows updates were hard

This pc could not connect to my 5mhz connection and had to use the 2.4mhz speed. Otherwise it seems to be a good value for the $359 sale price.
