This computer was purchased to replace my wife's older laptop. Setup was very easy. It had very few pre-loaded programs that I removed from the computer. Backup was a breeze. She is very pleased with the computer - it's fast enough for her uses, and has plenty of storage for all her songs and pics. Overall very pleased with this "black Friday" purchase...

After reading the reviews I wasn't expecting a super fast computer. However, I was not disappointed with the speed of this laptop. I did delete a few apps and I didn't use McAfee security (I use Bitdefender). The amount of storage space is great and all works as it should. The only part of this pc that takes getting used to is the keyboard. That took a couple of sessions to accomplish but I am OK with it now. I don't use the touchpad but it worked OK when I first started the system. I now use a wired mouse. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

Good configuration among all BlackFriday deals. Best part is the 2GB alongwith TouchScreen at the price. ONLY QUESTION/CONCERN: The power button does not show any light when the computer is switched on, and one is unable to guess (until the screen starts up) if they pressed the "power-on" button or not, I bought 2 of these laptops and same issue on both. Anyone else having same issue. DELL SUPPORT: Any workaround for this?

Brought this laptop for my son he loves it a lot faster than his old one even without removing the suggested bloatware. It is on the heavier side so carrying it around might be a bit of a problem but as an at home laptop its great. He uses it mainly for browsing the Internet, emails ,facebook ,playing music and watching movies

Bought this for $360. The specs are killer at that price. Just needed to reinstall clean Windows 10 (via media creation tool) to get rid of all bloatware and dumb services hogging the hard drive. Now it's smooth as melting butter! I just love this purchase!

Bought it in Black Friday deal. Looks okay. Performance is nice for now. Bloatware is not an issue with plenty of memory left after basic browsers and Office files opened along with default processes running. First time Windows 10 user. Liking it. If this is your budget, you can try this for sure.

Good laptop computer for the price with decent amount of memory and ram. The processor is not super fast but worthy of typical computer sessions like browsing the internet, basic games, email etc. Great deal on sale for $349 and touchscreen was a must for my daughters art projects.

My brother and I purchased the same laptop. We both enjoy it, and starting out it was running slow, but now its not to bad. I was surprised how heavy and big it was, even though I reviewed the specifications and weight I didn't think it would be that big. Its been great so far.

If you're looking for a computer to surf the internet, do online shopping, online banking and manage your photos and. videos, this works fine without having to spend a lot of money. My son will play games on it but it freezes or goes slow on him sometimes and aggravates him.

Me and my wife were looking for a laptop for home use (browsing internet, YouTube, Netflix and to some extent software programming), this laptop turned out to be a very good choice. The price was super low during thanksgiving, which made our pockets happy :) Based on many reviews, we went through all installed software to choose the ones we don’t need and uninstalled. This helped reduce start up time and allowed other apps to perform great as well. Intel i5 is great for our use. A SSD hard drive would have been great but we didn’t want to spend more for that. Few things to consider... 1. As the screen doesn’t rotate 360, touch screen is not very useful - we were ok with this though. 2. For laptop of this size, a VGA port would be a good addition. Alternatively we bought a HDMI to VGA adapter for few bucks. We knew VGA port was missing before buying so we were not upset.

Based on processor, memory, and storage, the price on this device matches comparable deals. With the inclusion of “Touch-Screen”. This becomes a super bargain. Because I’m handicapped, the ability of on-line ordering was an offer I couldn not pass up.

We are pleased with this laptop. The touchscreen is great and the overall unit is nice- display is quite large. The laptop does feel a bit heavy at ~ 5 lbs. Note, the system doesn't have any Microsoft apps on it at all so that slowed us down a bit.

Bought this one on Black Friday from Best Buy, can't beat the price for an i5 computer. It runs very well and meets my needs in all around. Touch screen is good but not as sensitive as I expected but still good. Overall is a very good purchase.

This computer has plenty of storage and is fast enough for most people unless they are into graphics or heavy gaming. I use it for my pictures, Excel and Word documents and for my taxes/bookkeeping, as well as Skype, email and my calendar.

this was bought as a christmas gift, set up was easy, seems like a bunch of extra stuff running in the back ground wasting memory (BLOATWARE). tons of storage for all your big files, touch screen is a nice extra, great for windows 10.

Very good laptop for the Black Friday Price of $379. I wouldn't recommend it at it's regular price of over $500 though. Not a big fan of all the unnecessary bloatware that DELL puts on their machines, but they build decent hardware.

Needed to upgrade my laptop. Was a little worried when looking at the reviews and that the computer would be slow. At first it was, but after deleting all the fall bloatware, no problems at all, very fast. Was an excellent deal.

This was purchased as a replacement for an older Dell with an i3 processor. The speed difference is noticeable but not earth shattering. It's perfect for basic tasks and you can't beat it for the Black Friday price of $359. Yes, you have to load updates, but this is true for just about any new device. Do the updates, remove any unwanted bloatware, and it's good to go.

This was purchased for my grand daughter. She is a freshman in High school and it has performed flawlessly. I saw many review were people were whining about how slow it was but I haven't seen any issues with the performance of this laptop . Purchased it on Black Friday so the price was great. I couldn't find another laptop that compared for a comparable price.

Bought this during Black Friday sale, Great price and agree with others, delete the bloatware and performance improves quite a bit. It does have quite a bit more plastic, but that is the exchange for the price.
