I got this on Black Friday and it was a good deal. It is for my 8 year old. He wanted a laptop to play Minecraft on. It is good for that, he’s not into the more advanced games yet, but since we only have IPads/IPods I figure it will be good for him to learn windows on.

The new laptop I got is the perfect thing to replace my old one. Price is just right for its performance.

After upgrading to this from my 6-year-old HP Pavilion, I am blown away with how well this computer performs. 8GB of RAM is nothing to sneeze at, and once you get rid of all the pre-installed useless programs, it runs like a charm. The battery life is also great; one charge lasts me about 5-6 hours. Touchpad is a little stingy when scrolling but once I messed around with the settings I was happy with it. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

This one ticks most of the boxes and delivers value for money. Got it for family and they love it, storing thousands of family photos and videos with GB's to spare.

Do not consider self computer savvy. Touch screen and voice instructions for set up make easy for anyone.

I bought this computer to replace a much older desktop running XP and an old laptop running Vista. Thought it had upper class spec, but have had trouble from the start. It came with free Norton Virus protection from Best Buy and shortly after getting it received a few months of free McAfee protection from Dell. I've had ongoing problems with Web usage being very slow or prevented altogether. I finally thought the two virus programs were in conflict and removed them. Still having problems, I discovered that this computer doesn't support my 5G wireless router like my several year old lap top does. Very surprised this is that far behind and plan on returning it. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone that wants current wireless capability.

I have purchased this laptop on thanks giving deal for 360$ and its really worth for money, laptop is not really heavy like the other DELL laptop that I bought 3 years ago.There are minor lags while using it, but not to worry much about it. over all its a worth buy.

This purchase was given as xmass present, and it was very affordable, purchase during thanksgiving sale.

Better than what I that I’m getting. It has a touchscreen. And overall I’m very happy with my purchase.

This laptop was an upgrade and the additional memory, touchscreen and RAM make it fast and responsive.

I have not have problems. Everything is running smooth. Great screen display. Touch screen is awesome.

Really haven't found anything it won't do yet, except the speakers were a little weird to start with and have static when I touch the screen. I have always had my son's hand me down computers. This is the first new one I have had in 10 years. Really enjoying it.

Setup was a breeze. System didn’t have a lot of additional fluff to slow things down. Happy purchase.

Best buy for the money which you pay. Nice deal. This was a gift for my friend, which he liked a lot.

It was slow when started using, but after uninstalling all dell softwares (expect Dell TouchPad), its good. Uninstall the Macfee antivirus too if its comes with the laptop by default. it makes the laptop slow too. go with windows defender. Worth for what we pay

This laptop works very well. I love the touchscreen features and abilities to turn into tablet mode.

I was in need of a new laptop as my old one was like 7 years old. Out of the box it seemed pretty good, but after the first Windows update, it seemed to slow down. Bummer.....It was a very good price though.

The computer was a present for my daughter and she has had nothing but great things to say about it.
