Great Touch screen Computer with very nice price and easy to use

Computer arrived fast, and was easy to set up. Internet, wireless printer installed quickly, and I easily downloaded software and apps as needed. As others have commented, it is slower than expected based on processor. My internet security software most likely is having an effect on that. I have not gotten rid of installations not needed, as not sure yet what I will use. But after using an ipad and an older desktop, this computer seems so slow......to start up and to surf the web. I had more trouble with Microsoft Edge than Google Chrome that I downloaded. Although the advantage of Edge is that I have a log in that found my bookmarks on the other computer. Have not signed into Google yet.

This is a great computer and the performance is excellent. The only drawback is the time spent having to disable the bloatware but once that is done, it's a great machine. I recommend this laptop.

I needed a new laptop to replace one that is 6 years old. More than what I needed but got a great door buster price. Too good to pass up. Works great so far. Really like the touch screen.

It is good when considered in the price range. But as a laptop, the cons are that it is heavy, the touchpad is not very sensitive. Apart from that, everything looks decent for the price.

The laptop provides a balanced combination of performance, storage and features for a value that is too good to pass up. Very pleased with my first Dell and first Black Friday purchase.

This laptop is very good for the money! Read some reviews prior to purchasing, that said it was slow, but haven't had any problems yet. It's been running great and not slow at all!

Brought this on Black Friday for my wife. The price was perfect as it was a great deal. Once it was received, Geek squad assisted in getting it set up. Brought it as a gift for my wife. She is not a techie so the touch screen works perfectly for her. It has a disc drive which is important for her. So a great purchase.

This Laptop is very good for the price especially the configuration along with touch screen option. Also the product was delivered 6 days before the initial estimated date.

I got this Black Friday in the mid $300s which was dropped down from $550 plus. It’s fast with a great processor and enough RAM to multitask multiple programs at once and the touch screen is responsive and snappy. Great for the money for a casual cp user who wants strong performance in day to day activity.

This computer is loaded for the price. Good luck finding a 2TB hard drive with i5 processor and 8gb of ram for this price. Not as speedy as many would like, but a bargain.

I ordered this on Black Friday I am very happy with this computer. The touch screen works great and the speed is good not slow compared to other reviews I read previously.

I've had the laptop for just over a month and I'm pretty impressed so fair. I wasn't expecting much because I wanted a computer with SSD and not HDD but I was happy to see a intel i5 processor. The performance is pretty good, I can have Excel, 10 tabs on the internet, and music streaming and the computer doesn't slow down. However, the computer is very loud. It's like you can hear the computer processing, random clicks and ticks. I'm not sure what the cause of this is, and honestly it's only a minor problem. Overall, I would recommend to someone but only if they paid a sale price, definitely not worth full price.

what a great black Friday price on a well spec'd laptop. 2TB hard drive, 7th gen core i5. 8 gigs of ram. its perfect for what my wife needs, plus its a touch screen. she could not be happier. speakers are great for a laptop computer also.

I bought it in 349 so it's a good deal, touch is good but sometimes I feel this is soow but good part is you get 2 TB drive which reduce your extra hard drive cost

This 2 TB hard drive is fantastic! Plenty of memory. I needed this to write with and so far it has been a dream! I love the fact that is a touch screen, which makes it so much more convenient going from one site to another. I would definitely purchase this one again for family members.

This computer is great for the money. I got mine on black Friday so it was obviously cheaper. The first thing I did tho is upgrade the hard drive to a Samsung SSD. The 5400 RPM drives Dell installs in these are way to slow. This computer will do anything you want with an SSD in it.
