I have been looking at laptops and when I saw this deal I couldn't believe it. I purchased it fairly quickly online and scheduled a pick-up at a local store. I started reading the reviews and was a bit concerned because of multiple reviews saying it was slow. I picked it up the next day and ran through set-up with no issues. I found the screen resolution to be very nice and the speed is great. I have been using it heavily for four days now with my college work and have had no problems at all. I initially planned to put in an SSD hard drive but I don't even see the need for that. This was a great deal for a really nice laptop.

Great PC but you will need to perform a windows refresh to get rid of all the crapware installed by dell! Performance was greatly improved after this!

Bought this to replace my 5 year old laptop that had the hard drive crash. This laptop is lightning fast and has plenty of memory for multi-tasking. The touchscreen feature adds a nice touch. This is certainly worth a look if you are in the market for a daily use computer.

This touch screen laptop has been exactly what I wanted. I got it for my Dad who is really bad with computers. The touch screen aspect really helps.

Good computer for the price. Good performance overall. Wish it was a little lighter. Also, the keys are hard to type. Good for day to day home use.

Value wise, a good deal, touchscreen and 2T HD. Setup was pretty straightforward, once the updating was done. First thing I did was uninstall all the apps I wasn't ever going to use, then had to go into settings and disable notifications. After doing that it is a decent laptop, however I only use it occasionally. The biggest drawback is not the laptop, but WIN 10. On my win8 and 7 machines I can turn auto updates off and check for updates when convenient for me. Seems at least once a day it has to update something and ther's no way to override it.

Love all the features. It's easy to use even for a beginner. nice big keyboard and layout. easy to navigate and it works great for all the demands my job requires. the price is more than what I wanted to pay but compared to other stores was definitelya great deal.

Laptop has good configuration in terms of hardware. At the price of 360$ , its a great buy. It comes with Windows installed and ready to use. All you need is just setting up your account on the laptop. And off-course its touch screen laptop with build in Camera.

I bought two of these systems and gave the first laptop a 2 star rating. After removing the bloatware, I love this laptop but I shouldn't have had to spend extra time determining what software to remove. Nice laptop for the price and features!

Very good for the price. Seepd is fast, 2 tb memory. Excellent. The only down side is the weight of laptop. It is quite heavy.

This laptop provides a good balance of performance, speed, and price. If you aren’t heavily into gaming it is a good value.

More than adequate to stream music, online shopping, web browsing, and light work for the price. Touchscreen is a bonus.

I have been looking for computers for local school. I tried several different computers and this one definitely excels. Even with screen size of 15.6", with the holiday price, the cpu, hard drive and memory are for sure worth it.

I ordered this computer on Thanksgiving for the price of $359.99 plus tax. Received it on Tuesday the 28th. Considering the specs plus it being touchscreen isn’t a bad deal at all. It took a little bit to boot up and go through the startup the first time. Once past that, it ran great. There was a random restart in the middle of browsing the internet that I’m still unsure why it happened. I let it charge completely on that Tuesday, unplugged the charger and put that part up Wednesday evening. I wanted to see how well it done on it’s own battery. I was on it for maybe an hour and used 1/4 of the battery. I plugged the charger back in Thursday evening. I came in from work today and noticed the laptop didn’t charge. I unplugged the charger and plugged it in again. Checked to make sure everything was connected. The charger no longer worked (or the charging port in the computer went out). I just went ahead and returned the computer.. I was afraid to exchange for another and then the same thing happen after the 15 day return policy. Besides that, it did run pretty good.

I love Dell products, it a 7th generation i5 with 8gb and plenty of storage space. Easy key stroke and touch screen.

Decent laptop, nice speed, plenty of storage , has 8gb ram handles multitasking well. Built quality is above average
