The laptop is worth for its price. It's a bit heavy, but still in this price, you can' get any better configuration.

Got a great deal on this laptop on Black Friday. It replaced my ancient Dell Inspiron. It suites our needs perfectly since we don't use it for gaming or business. Our granddaughter uses it for school and enjoys the touchscreen.

Nice Touchscreen Laptop at reasonable price. I am one of the Dell laptops fan and this one also kept me their fan.

Nice touchscreen and features 2 Tb hard drive but low res screen and keys not lit but great for the price point

I've had the computer for about a week. So far I am pleased with the performance, speed and screen resolution.

This Dell laptop is perfect for a basic home computer. It has great processing speed and memory. I am not having the "slow" computing time as other reviewers have commented. For the price, this computer cannot be beat.

Has everything you need, processor, ram, disc, touchscreen, great for general use. The screen is about the right size for these old tired eyes.Too much bloatware (subtracted one star) but once you dump all of it, this thing is fast and can handle most anything you throw at it. Everything works! DVD is good to watch movies on, or run Netfix, just plug in your earphones. Got a smoking deal just before Thanksgiving, better then Black Fri. or Cyber Mon.

Very good computer, I use it for personal use , very happy with the 2TB of storage, screen is nice size and computer is much faster I5 than my previous I7. Wish it would have had a lit keyboard, but not an issue!!

This laptop is very good good with big storage (2TB ) and 8 GM of memory for all my process.I have 2 more Dell laptops signature model bought last year . this one is very solid than than that and with DVD drive.

I love the large screen. The touch screen feature is awesome and functions great. It is 2 TB, so much space so no worries in that area. This is a must have if looking for a reasonable great buy. Look no further.

The best laptop anyone could get for such a low price of $360. I took complete advantage of the Black Friday deal and bought this laptop. Getting 2 TB with i5 processor and full HD screen is a really great deal.

Love this Dell laptop. Right out of the box very fast, easy to use, filled with features to make it easy to use. Its very light and has a very good battery time before charging. Touch screen works very well.

Granddaughter needed a new laptop for high school and this one fits the bill. Not a lot of extras but enough horsepower to do her reports, studies and research. (Plus the videos, too!). Good price and value.

Last Dell laptop was purchased for my son for college 7 years ago. It ran through college and still runs today. It's been dropped..wet..had a broken screen and is currently duck taped together! But it still keeps going. Needed the memory and storage to Skype and stream movies..and do a little gaming but didn't want to spend allot..I went back to what worked best before and I got a good price on black Friday from Best Buy. Thank you.

Good price for an i5 laptop for black Friday, not only that, but it has a 2tb hard drive, touch screen, only downside is that the display resolution isn't the best. But still for the price it's good.

So far, I am very happy with this computer. I was slightly apprehensive because of all the reviews regarding how slow the computer was on start up. But because of the great price, I bought the computer anyway (keeping in mind that I would probably need to remove a lot of unwanted programs). I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had no issues with the computer being slow on start up. I did remove some programs that I did not want and I have also installed some programs that I did want. I have had no problems with the computer whatsoever. The speed of the computer seems great and it works exactly how I would expect it to. I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Good price for this midrange laptop. Plenty of storage and fast enough for all my application.

After 9 years of painful suffering with old windows laptop, I finally took the plunge and purchased this Dell laptop. It took forever it seemed to set up with all the Windows 10 required updates, but after that, it's been very fast. I do plan to max out memory to 32gb... BB only listed it expandable to 16gb, but it's actually 32, a nice surprise. I also removed any Dell installed bloatware (or chose NOT to install it at all) which I believe helped with never seeing bad speed. I do wish it had backlit keyboard though. Won't support after market replacement either. I'm very happy with it and would recommend it, but seems it's already obsolete from Best Buys available laptop options.
