This laptop works fine for our family. It was very easy to set up. We use it for email, reports and basic functions. Not too slow. Very nice price for what you get. We are happy with this purchase.

Good choice for the Money! A little heavier than expected but all in all its a good computer

When you first set it up it ran pretty slow for an i5 chip. But once you remove all the extra stuff that comes preloaded it moves much quicker.

I was looking for a great price-performance laptop for black Friday and this Dell laptop was the best one out there, the only cons I consider that can make step back from buying it maybe the display (it's a HD display so it isn't as high quality as you may think) and the design (too plastic and thick for me). Overall the 8 GB of RAM, the Intel Core i5 processor and the 2TB of HDD were enough for me to buy it.

This computer has enough memory for my pictures and all my work charts. Very happy with it

This is a very nice laptop for everyday personal computing tasks. Touch is very smooth and better value for the price, especially to get the memory of 2TB and also the speed of i5 processer.

Purchased for my technoligy challanged parents. Replaced an older laptop of 4 years. Easy set up. The touch screen made navigation for them a lot easier. Purchased on sale so price was good.

It's good deal for 359. but you will have to use tech knowledge to speedup ur laptop. However there is fan nose that might irritate. touch pad is good. keyboard is delicate. speed is medium but don't expect super fast think it's a 2 tb hdd. look is ok. I will recommend only if you get this on deal.otherwise don't buy.

I got a lemon for the first time, the sound was really bad and buzzing. I think it was also pretty slow when I was installing updates. Luckily they had it in stock, I exchanged it. The new one doesn't seem to have those issues, but still not really the best speakers and speed, however it was a really good bargain on Black Friday, so I can't really complain. However, I recommend a laptop with SSD.

This laptop comes with great specs - 8GB RAM, 2TB HDD, i5 processor and touch screen. Worth for the price it was offered for and great keypad... On the negatives, I could only find that it is a big laptop and carrying it might be a bit uncomfortable for space... In terms of weight, it weighs as any other normal laptop. I am enjoying the new laptop at the moment and would recommend it to others.

I like the touch screen facility and the 8gb ram speed and 2tb memory. Totally okay

I bought this for my mom and help her out with it, realized that the screen isnt that bright and bit tough to see but at the least it have a touch screen. I am not familiar with Windows 10 but it takes awhile to get use to and the touch pad that controls the mouse is bit too sensitive, trying to adjust it but not much I could do. Otherwise, its way better than the old one for sure.

Bought this for my wife as an early Christmas gift. She loves the touchscreen and the user friendly ease of use. The price was dirt cheap getting it for $365? Can’t beat it.

My husband had our techie son research laptops for me for Christmas. He found this on Best Buy’s Black Friday deals for a really good price. I’ve only had it for a couple weeks since it was a Christmas present, but so far it’s done everything I’ve needed and so much faster than my old one. With a 2T hard drive I doubt I’ll ever fill it completely. My sons jealous now, wishes he’d have gotten one for himself.

Overall satisfied with the numerical keys, 2TB space, speed, and entire compelete package. Additionally it’s a touch screen, very satisfied with the product and built.
