Was exactly what my granddaughter wanted for Christmas. Had several features like touch screen that we weren’t expecting at that price point.

Good laptop which has all basic features. You cannot ask too much features in this laptop like keyboard light, power light etc. but other than that the speed and performance of the laptop is good. There is no led light to determine if the laptop is turned on or off as Dell has removed the led light in the power button.

This is a very good laptop. For the price is almost a give away. My son uses it everyday and with it's OS even a 5 year old can use it.

Good Laptop, a bit heavy and large but for the price (black friday door buster) it works for what we needed. Easy to setup, had a few patches and downloads that took a while and reset itself without warning after downloading these patches which was annoying but 24 hours after initial setup its stable, fast and works.

I have had other laptop's, but for the price this one beats them all. Not only is it fast but the touch screen is a really nice touch!!

I got it on black friday for $360, but maybe I should've gotten another as a gift since they didn't sell out and I don't believe the specs could've been beaten for the price. I opened it up recently and set it up, everything seems to be in fine working order, its pretty quick and I haven't seen much Dell bloatware.

I was amazed how well this laptop works from the ease of set up to the operation. Very fast laptop great quality at an affordable cost.

I bought this on Black Friday, overall it's a good deal for the money. Design is basic but nice, very nice full keyboard, the i5 core processor is fast, but that is only after you have to spend a good hour or two uninstalling all the un-necessary programs on this computer. The laptop comes with 8GB Memory - 2TB Hard Drive The SSD makes the performance great and it's very nice. Thus far, I am very please with the purchase. I have been a Dell fan for a number of years and this has not change my opinion great for Gaming.

Laptop is good in configuration. Bought on black friday at a good deal. Add a ssd and it will have the speed of a costlier laptop.

I bought this laptop and is good in overall for the black friday price. Touchscreen is good and also 2 TB is a nice HDD option.

Not a top of the line laptop, but very satisfactory for the price. Not a gaming laptop, but works well as a work/general laptop.

Make sure to clear out all of the Boaltware from Dell first...it takes about 20 minutes, then it is a fine machine for the money

Lots of memory, very fast. Replaced a 5 year old computer with lots of issues. Set up was easy, the computer walks you through.

Ordered during thanksgiving, its worth the price and it is not slow as others mentioned. Update the OS then everything smooth.

Bought it on Balck Friday sale. The laptop I recceived was new but hanged and didnt allow anything to be typed once logged in. Got a prompt replacement. This one works fine. The only issue is the good amount of bloatware that comes with it. Once you can remove it, this machine is good like any other.
