After installing a few apps I experienced windows blue screen. I implemented all recommendations to resolve windows blue screen. The problem became worse. I ran diagnostics to find that the memory was defective. I returned the laptop for replacement. Best Buy was very friendly and supportive. I have received my second laptop. Hopefully no issues this time. So far I am very pleased with performance and capabilities.

Solid platform for the money

Several software platforms at this level are constrained by the CPU and bus speeds, so we had to upgrade our old practice machine. While I wouldn't declare this a must have "state of the art" machine, it does what its supposed to do. Clean, fast, reliable, we have no complaints.
