Pros: Great using for a flip over e-reader. Great screen resolution. Recommend getting 16g RAM. Cons: it’s big so it’s heavy! And the backlit white keys is a little odd lighting. It is made easier by having 2 back light settings.

Very happy with this device. Most of the time I use it as a laptop. It is faster and has a better screen than my comparable fudged up HP laptop. I am a medium heavy user and do some occasion image editing. This is good enough for my needs. I highly recommend.

Ordered online and received fairly quickly. I watched the UPS driver toss my new laptop on my porch. I thought it was alright as it should've been encased in foam or some type of shipping material. I opened the box and discovered the laptop was not shipped with the foam or shipping material and was flopping around in the box the entire time through shipping. Once I inspected the laptop it looked to be in good shape and powered on. I tested the power supply and is able to charge. I set up Windows 10 and the rest of my apps and its been great. Next time I'll buy new, saving a hundred or two dollars is great but will ensure shipping material will be used to protect my purchase.

While I purchased this laptop for a Professional colleague of mine I used it for a month while setting it up. First the geek squad at the Pacioma store set it up and I took it to the office for additional installation and customization. It was decently fast so far no issues or complaints from the CEO ...

It's fast - really cool. The way it shuts down or sleeps causes it not to shut down correctly - a little scary on reboot. When I rest my left wrist down too hard it will screw up the keyboard signals - and that is crappy.

I like having the larger screen. It has a long battery life. I can use it all day without having to recharge. The backlit keyboard is not that great. The keyboard was much better on my HP Envy.

The size was larger than was I expecting but that was just perfect for what I needed to do. I use this for work and it's just like working on a desktop but I can move it around everywhere, working remotely I have access to my work files and touch screen makes it easier as well. Very satisfied

It was time to upgrade after abusing my last Dell laptop and I couldn't be happier. It was such a simple set up (always dread that part..) but I can't complain...love the look, feel of everything. Glad I bought another Dell and love the larger screen and options :-) happy customer

Seems to be working fine. I didn't know Dell was owned by Lenovo or I wouldn't have bought it. I was in a rush as my last Lenovo died after many problems and I had a deadline to meet. But this one seems to be holding up fine so far. My biggest complaint is the keyboard backlighting is white and the keys are silver. This makes it near impossible to see the letters during the daytime. I wish they would have chosen a different color or at least give the option to turn it off.

So far so good, the large screen is the best. The large screen is great. The key board is slightly different than what I am accustomed to, as well as the mouse pad. These two are taking a lot of time to get used to, otherwise it's been great.

I've had this laptop about a month and a half now. It works well enough. The graphics and display are nice. My only complaint is that it is occassionally imposiible to wake the laptop up when it goes to sleep. I've had to do a hard shutdown 2-3x.

Computer shut down abruptly and couldn't get to turn back on until I went to another computer to bring up my MSN 365 to find a code to reenter into the Dell to get it going again. Still trying desperately to be able to turn off the back lite, because it's difficult when it is light to see some of the keys. Been all around the internet and no one seems to have the answer. Other than that, the computer functions very well

I wanted to love this laptop. The screen is great, the performance is good, but the fan is ridiculously loud. I should have read the other reviews first as I'm not the only person who had this problem. The only way I could find was to change the battery settings to less than high performance, which sort of defeats the purpose. Also, Dell has prevented changing some battery settings on this laptop, which, again defeats the whole purpose of buying a high performance laptop in the first place. Looking at HP after this.

This is the first laptop I have purchased in over 10 years. It has more than exceeded my expectations. I am a teacher, hence my reason for the purchase. It has been perfect for my read alouds, Zoom meetings, distance learning, and anything personal I need it for. Love It!

I went in looking for something else as far as a laptop. Caught this one on clearance and it is AMAZING. it is lightning fast, the picture quality is superb, and the flip screen is an added bonus with the touch screen feature. Definitely 5 stars!

I like this computer. It’s nice and big with a very clear and colorful screen. The only problem I am having is that the keys are almost flush with the computer and are very light. It is hard to see the keys during the day for me.

touch-screen is a nice touch - no pun in tended - 16gb is more than enough for me but not for gamers. had one just like it before for a while and was happy with it but then the shift keyboard keys stopped working. i just bought a new one. same make and model.

This laptop, has many things going for it. It is fast, large screen, looks sleek, responsive, flexible, 2 in 1. I have not used it yet as a tablet, but it should be great. Please get it. The price is competitive for the features compared to other laptops.

I have been a Mac guy for a long time. While I still love the Mac this pc was purchased for work and it has exceeded my expectations!!!
