I love the BIG screen my new laptop 2 in 1 has. I love the brand Dell too. I have my old one still and it has always been good to me. I cannot wait to use this new one. I love that it can be used as a tablet too. So cool. It was time for a new one.

I like the large screen on this computer. I just use it at home so I am not traveling with it. Color is really good for pictures. I am still navigating some things and learning as I bought it during coronavirus and did not have help, but so far so good.

This Dell is the best one I have had and I got a great price and quick, easy purchase at Best Buy. I have had it almost a month and I look forward to starting it up every day. It comes up so fast. Love it.

I got this Dell as a replacement for my old Dell Inspiron which was showing its' age. This computer is very fast, has great tactile feel at the keyboard, great features, and overall performs very well. The only negative thing I would say is about the cooling fan. Before I bought the computer I read reviews from many other people saying the fan was loud and ran all the time, but I figured that -even if it did, I would be OK with it. Well, it turns out it does run almost all the time and it is loud enough to be very easily heard. However, I do not mind it and find that once I start working, I forget about it. If you are more sensitive to noise, this may be a real problem for you. Hopefully Dell comes out with a software fix for this.

We bought this but returned it later because its was bit heavy to use as the laptop, but performance wise it looked good

Nice stable computer, large screen. Large screen makes the whole computer physically larger than I prefer, but my wife likes the large screen. Mostly used on the kitchen counter, my desktop remains in the home office.

Harder to compare brands and models when you are forced to shop online but this worked out well. Got exactly what I was looking for, price just a little high but the service and delivery was worth that extra cost.

I bought this laptop the day I found out I would be required to work from home because of the Coronavirus and I am so happy I did! This laptop is the perfect size for me because I needed something with a big screen so its easier for me to work off of.

so i bought this because my old dell, may years old, was starting to show some issues, and didn't have the memory capacity the new one does. I use it for a karaoke program and so far the glitches i was having on my old one have not occurred.

Purchased the laptop so my wife could work from home and for use on trips. So far it has performed very well and have had no issues. Would recommend to anyone who works with spreadsheets or other programs requiring a landscape screen.

I have not used it much as I am looking for a tutor to use it. I do not want to make a mistake. I turned it on and played a game of solitaire. It worked as expected at that time. Looking for a tutor.

I have had this laptop for 3 weeks now. Overall, it is a very nice computer. However, on 2 occasions I have had problems when booting the computer. The first time, it appeared to be stuck in sleep mode, but I never put it into sleep mode. The second time the pre-post diagnostics said that I needed to go into BIOS Setup & set the correct date & time. I did this & it has been OK now for several days. Usually, the CMOS Battery on the motherboard keeps the BIOS from loosing the date & time. I can't believe a brand new computer would have a bad CMOS battery.

Very nice laptop. It's quite heavy but I use it mostly as a stationary computer, so it is not a problem for me. There was a problem setting up the computer but the Geek Squad solved the problem flawlessly.

Device manages the functions I require in a laptop faster and more intuitively than my previous laptop. Spreadsheets, Publisher, and pictures are key uses.

Purchased this for college online classes. Very fast processor. Love that it can fold in half and become tablet or use as laptop. I have had this laptop since April 2020 and it has made online courses so much easier for me.

slim and light for travel, battery run long time, screen is very clear, one thing there is bit background noisy, not fan...more likely motherboard running electrical sound? but not too much i can bear it. i am enjoying this laptop very much

Work well, great functionality. Def on the heavier side for a laptop even though ots 17 inch, myhp 17 inch is nor nearly as heavy but overall im good with it functionally

I purchased this laptop on 1/25/2020. On 2/18/2020 when I started the laptop the keyboard didn't respond. After about 5 minutes it finally started working. I really like the laptop and would have given it 5 stars except for this issue.

fast and very responsive, he likes the size of the screen and how crisp the picure looks, perfect thin bezel to be portable despite the 17.3' screen size, not heavy still ok to be carried around with no problem........

Fast and easy to get set up. I could wish for a 1TB drive, but that's why they have external SSDs, right? Good, solid feel, but a little heavier than you'd want to carry around all day. The display is fantastic. This replaced a Dell 15" Inspiron that was only 3 or 4 years old, but this one is bright, crisp, great color, and photos that looked washed out or too dim on the old laptop pop on this one. If you plan to use it with a mouse, you should also plan to turn off the touchpad when the mouse is connected. The touchpad is big, which is great when you're using it, not great when you're typing. The cursor suddenly jumps to a different spot, every time your wrist brushes the touchpad. A simple fix. All in all, a great step up from the last Dell.
