Very pleased with this purchase. It is lightweight and versatile. First Dell laptop I've owned. Previously had HP's. However, this one had faster processer and larger storage for comparable HP, so decided on Dell.

I've only had this computer for a month but so far I love it. It was easy to start up out of the box and it is much faster that the last laptop I had. I haven't used it's tablet format yet so I can't be informative about that.

The advertisement says it all. It looks and runs exactly as stated. Easy ordering, but the shopping took a little longer than expected. I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone.

I purchased this laptop due to COVID-19 stay at home restrictions. I had just begun a new job, and this laptop is a lifesaver! Super fast processing, ease of use, many great features; I'm still figuring it out, and I love it!

wanted a good lap top with a larger screen. Could not decide on a desk top or lap top. I think this is a great compromise. Mostly keep it at my desk, but can move whenever I want to, like the porch on really nice days.

It has a nice keyboard and simple to use .It has a clear and sharp picture screen . We only bought it 1/30/2020. It has a 17 ' inch screen which is what I was looking for .

I like this laptop, especially the touch screen feature. I dinged it by 1 star because sometimes the keys are hard to see due to the light colored letters and numbers.

Very fast start up. Maybe to quick for me. Love the SSD part as I won't lose stuff in other laptops I have owned. I like Dell, never had problems with them after 4 of them.

This laptop is big and surprisingly heavy. I bought it as a mostly-desktop, occasionally-transportable machine, and it's well designed for that kind of use. Biggest problem is the keyboard, which is impossible to read during daylight because the backlighting puts white letters on a gray background. Better would have been to have an option to turn off the backlighting during daylight. Also, the page up/down and home/end keys are badly located. And there's no indicator anywhere to show whether the NumLock is on or off. So you'll be doing a lot of unintentional roaming all over your document until your fingers figure out the layout.

The laptop is fast and has great features. It is light and comfortable to work on. I have been looking for a way to have the keys stand out more as they can be difficult to see.

Nice computer, I set it on a stand toward the back of my desk so the big screen is helpful. Plus I can have a couple of windows open without a separate monitor. Works well.

This laptop was bought because it was in stock. I am glad that it turned out to be a very good purchase. Geek Squad was able to set it up the way I wanted and transfer all of my personal photos and music.

This computer has an excellent screen and works very fast. Its only problem is that CDs and DVDs must be loaded from an external device.

Great computer and super fast and reliable. Is a bit on the bulky side, but if that doesn’t bother you great computer. Great for engineering classes.

I am always skeptical of open box deals, but they did a really good job of making this like new. Machine works well and does what I need with Adobe suite.

The laptop was everything i expected and more. It was in excellent condition except for one minor dent. The speed is phenomenal, enough hard drive space and the graphics is outstanding

Great laptop for every day use. It is a bit heavy to carry around, but if you do not have to carry it often, it is a great machine. Discounted price made it easier to acquire.

The size screen I needed. Slim design. Pleased to discover the micro SD drive which provided convenient additional external hard drive storage. So far, I'm completely satisfied with the features of this laptop.

It is really biggest laptop and tablet. You can use it in two ways. Moreover, their transition is very easy. Touch screen better than my expectations. Especially this is so good for graphics designers.
