Fastest computer I have owned. I use KMZ files daily. My old I3 computer would take forever to open them. It’s been a month and so far it’s awesome. I do wish it had one more USB port.

The laptop is nice for money. It is to big and heavy to move around and use in tablet mode. Large display is nice when used on a table or desk. Starts up very fast.

It was the best choice as a replacement to my existing laptop. Although it is too soon to make a complete evaluation of its use, I can honestly say, it has everything I need to do tasks I normally do daily.

I purchased this laptop during a furlough where I had no work PC to use. I LOVE IT...This laptop is so fast and set-up was very user friendly and will take me comfortably into retirement in 2021.

This is a great laptop and it's an excellent choice for those of us straddling the tablet divide. It's simply stunning to see the entire laptop in tablet mode. It may not quite be as functional as a tablet as some of the surface tablets, but it's got a lot of bang for it's buck!

This has been really easy to setup. Some of the features are a bit too sensitive and send you off in different directions than I want to go, but generally very responsive.

I've always liked Dell. Reliable computer so far. Does not overheat at all. I'm on it all day. The monitor doesn't hurt the eyes and the keyboard is comfortable. Overall a great machine.

I love it is light weight . Very easy to operate. Along with Microsoft 365 there is so many thing you can do that I couldn't do with my older Dell. It is great It makes working from home so easy.

I bought an open box Dell laptop on Black Friday, because my laptop had broken, and I work from home. Aside from the usual snafus of retrieving my files from the cloud and hooking everything up to my docking station, headphones, and monitor, which have nothing to do with the laptop, it has worked great. One minor problem I noticed is that the last major update from the first or second week in December made the fan work overtime, and the area around the cooling vent was incredibly hot. I turned the laptop off, and it cooled down and has been fine ever since. I will keep an eye on that. Otherwise, I can attest to Dell making quality products.

I have never purchased a laptop and I am glad that this is the one I purchased. I was between two and this was the winner. I love the touchscreen feature so much!

Good labtop added a m.2 2tb nvme ssd bit only 116gs odnram. Inwantes to add 32 gb ram but 2 tb 6700 speed a.d reqd at 5009 3oķ

So far only real issue has been the computer freezing for 30 seconds to 1 minute frequently. I believe this problem to be related to a Windows 10 issue trying to organize data on the machine for quick access. Is that a weird problem or what? Had the Geek Squad take a look and they might have improved it a bit, but the machine is still freezing frequently, albeit for shorter periods. Going to have them take another look and then make a decision on next steps.

I purchased this item for my small business. I am not disappointed. It is extremely user-friendly and the touchscreen makes doing my business research and conducting my business much easier.

Love the screen size. Also the ability to fold into tablet view. Not especially gong of the keyboard because I can’t see the keys well but with an external keyboard and mouse it is perfect.

The best computer purchase I ever made provides the speed I need for doing my work. BestBuy and the young man who helped me were the absolute best.

So far no issues with this Dell Laptop,runs fast,hooked up a external DVD burner,and no problems,burns pretty fast. I increased the memory to 32,Laptop reads it so I assume it is working,no problems. Love the way you can use this as a tablet,and the touch screen is awesome to use and have.If you purchase this Dell Laptop from Best Buy,great price compared to other stores,and you will not be out in the cold with this purchase.Windows 10 Pro seems to be operating well,lots of stuff to get into,.You will not be let down,great purchase for a decent price...

Great computer with everything I need and more. The 2-in-1 feature makes it even more handy than I originally thought.

Works great does what i need it to easy to use like the fingerprint on. Alittle pricey It is light not heavy

Just read the specs this is a nice laptop and very fast. I do wish the hard drive were bigger but if it was the price would be much higher given it’s a PCIE type.
