It has to be the KOOLEST laptop that I have ever purchased.... it's a touch screen tablet & a traditional laptop rolled into one.... BUY IT!!!!

So far so good. Was a little disappointed with only two USB ports. But far the most frustrating was the keyboard lighting. Needed them off. Searched online but never did find anything in settings to change on this laptop. Finally noticed, by accident, f keys 6 & 7 turn keyboard lights on and off. So simple after an hour of searching.

Bought this for online schooling for our child. Have been super happy with it so far. Touch screen is nice for the younger kids. Was easy to set up and easy for him to use.

Nice size screen. Video and graphics are very good. Sound is good for a laptop. Touch screen is really nice. Overall a very good choice.

This laptop is great. My daughter is using it for her classes and it looks that you are in class. Great quality! The big screen is amazing. She’s so happy with it!

I purchased the previous version (8) and for some reason it started giving me problems. I set it up and then within less than three months, it started doing strange things. Best Buy tried to repair 3 times and it still was not operating properly. The newer version (10) is fine. The only thing that I truly miss is the black keyboard which is much easier on the eyes when it comes to seeing the letters. The silver is a little more irritating because if the back light is on in the day time by mistake, it makes it very difficult to see the letters.

I love this tablet/laptop. I can use it as a computer when I need to work or I can use it as a tablet when I want for reading, games or Netflix and chill!

Very fast but a little heavy 17 inches is best for a desk and not a laptop. Other than that the performance is great. Screen is crisp and clear. I am happy with my purchase.

I use this as a desktop replacement and it is exceptional. It is FAST and chews through anything I throw at it. In this price point, it is a great machine. Highly recommend

Love my new laptop. Touch screen works great and also can be a tablet. Only bad thing would be the letters light up but are hard to see. But light can be turned off.

This is the best laptop I have ever had. The battery is working for longer time than I expected. Im really in love with the fingerprint to unlock whenever I open the laptop.

We purchased this computer for my son as a graduation gift and he loves it!! It was the perfect computer for his needs!!!

Great computer, only disappointment was there isn't a network jack and didn't realize it until after purchasing the product.

Laptop comes with 16GB of memory, 64GB of 3D crosspoint super fast flash and a 512GB SATA SSD. Should be super responsive when switching between tasks. But it lags... I will click to open an app and wait so long that I wondered if I actually clickedd on it? I do keep a lot of tabs open in Chrome... but that hasn't changed from my previous much less capable laptop. Otherwise this is an excellent low priced laptop... but next time I will spend even more to get a faster processor to go along with the memory and the Optane and SSD.

I purchased this for my mom for Christmas and she loves it. This laptop is very fast. Connected easy with her bluetooth printer.

I needed the bigger screen and I love how it turns into a screen to write on for explaining things such as math problems to my children.

This product is good, it is just extremely heavy. If we had known this before we took it we probably would have order something smaller.
