Screen black outs constantly - WiFi disconnects constantly - CPU usage runs very high when it shouldn't - Fan constantly is revving up even when absolutely no software is in operation. I've spent more time trying to fix issues and with the use of Dell's website support and trouble shooting, than I have been able to use the computer. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this product. Will be going back to HP of which have been work horses for years without literally any issues. One might ask, "then why did you purchase the Dell?" Because I liked the convertible style design. The storage and ssd are great however now after all the issues, no thank you, I question the components that built this laptop being cheap and unreliable. I now question the validity of the other reviews left for this product. Save yourself the headache and stay clear of this beauty. It's a gorgeous laptop that claims to be just what you need, but it's not, at least this one I purchased is not and I'm not risking it failing so it is getting returned.

Large screen is perfect

I was looking for a larger screen to help with eye strain. So far, this laptop has been perfect! It was easy to set up and get started. The price was comparable to other places I looked at similar laptops. I have always had excellent customer service at Best Buy and with Geek Squad.
