Super fast, incredible display and more than adequate sound quality. Was a bit concerned about buying "open box," but no issues so far. Super easy to set up........10 minutes tops right out of the box.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Likes: Large touch-screen, 10-key keyboard, USB ports, 16GB memory for running multiple applications, Dell Mobile Connect to connect your phone and receive and respond to incoming phone calls and texts (For both Apple and Andriod users) Dislikes: Windows "Hello" does not work, Fingerprint reader does not work, the keyboard keys are hard to read, and the internal fans push heat through the keyboard when using memory-intesive applications (you'll feel it when you type). Pros outweigh the cons, I would purchase this item again.

We're glad that there are a lot of features of your new laptop that are working well for you. There are steps to update the driver on your computer for your fingerprint scanner so that it will work better for you:
Updating the Goodix fingerprint sensor driver to 3.10.30.110 or newer will fix the issue.
To download and install the latest driver:
1. Browse to the Dell Drivers & Downloads page: Support Site Drivers Page
2. Ensure you have the correct System Type
3. Select the Operating System
4. Under Category, select Security
5. Locate the latest Goodix Fingerprint Sensor Driver (A04 or newer)
6. Click Download and save the file to your computer
7. Open File Explorer and browse to the location where the downloaded file is saved
8. Double-click the Sensor setup file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process
9. You will need a system restart to finalize this installation.

I also am getting emails telling me the geek squad wants to charge me $349. dollars for their services. I also have paid the $200. when I bought my computer. On a final note, when can I get a geek to come to my house and repair my copy machine?
