Read mixed reviews and I didn’t want to take the risk on such an expensive computer that isn’t one of their top of the line models. I have terrible experiences with laptops but really wanted this 2-in-1

This is a great computer and should age very well. Computer/laptop technology changes and updates very quickly and pending on what you buy, your laptop could become outdated in a year or so. I understand everyone is not in the market for a $1000 computer but if you are this is a great option.

This has been a great laptop for working from home. The only downside is the letters on the keyboard are white and the background of the whole keyboard is silver so it makes it hard to see what the keys ate, but I'm sure at some point they'll have a keyboard cover for it with different styles and contrast.

We are very pleased with the merchandise we received-a computer, awesome wireless printer, a mouse( for my husband who gets nervous without one and a way to play my cd disc! Everything is great about the computer except for the key lettering. The letters/numbers on keys are hard to see unless looking directly down on them. Dell should identify the keys with darker wider letters/numbers that can be easily seen from most angles.

I like my new Dell Computer, however there is on drawback. There is little information to explain the device, confusing to go on-line to retrieve information. Without any material trial and error is unfortunately the only way to learn what does what.

I had a lot of demands for my next laptop. I wanted 17.3" screen, i7 processor, at least 16gb of RAM, and an SSD card. I was hoping for a backlit keyboard and a DVD drive. This laptop met all my needs except the DVD drive but as I've come to realize is I don't need it. This laptop is great so far.

This has been an excellent laptop. I highly recommend if you're looking for something with a really large screen - and a touchscreen, at that. It has a separate number pad, which also comes in handy quite often. I've been really pleased with this purchase and highly recommend.

sometimes it freezes for no reason. This computer is for work only, I am not going to any unsafe website. It is not possible to get virus. So there is no excuse for the unstable performance. And this is supposed to be an above average priced laptop.

The only complaint I have is the silver keys are difficult to see in the daylight. They blend in with the computer and you need a darker area to be able to fully see them. The function being able to turn it into a tablet is pretty cool

This laptop was easy to set up and Best Buy sent it very quickly. It seems Best Buy has gotten better over the years. This 17.3" screen makes a big difference over the 15.5 out there. It's fast, has the 10th generation i7. I'm happy with it so far. This is my first Dell.

I've only had the laptop for a short time, but I really love it. It is a wee bit heavy to travel with, but I purchased it to use at home for the most part. It has great functionality and I love all the features.

I was forced to buy a new computer since my windows 7 operating system will no longer be supported by Microsoft. This computer was easy for my switch. It has the windows 7 desktop so it has been easy to use. I would recommend it to people who are resisting the change to windows 10.

My new Dell-Inspiron 17.3" 2-in-1 Touch Screen Laptop with Intel Core i7 with 16GB Memory, 512GB SSD + 32GB Optane is certainly a workhorse and a Gamer's dream computer. Wow, with the color and visual effects ! Sound is amazing too. So glad i spent a little more on it .

It is totally awesome except for one thing. I have vision problems and the keyboard is silver with the letters, numbers, etc. blend in with the key. Therefore, it is difficult to figure out where on the keyboard my fingers. I wish the letters and numbers were black.

Very happy with my Dell Laptop Always had HP computers but .... this time I purchased the Dell because I was after a certain design and had the technology I wanted too I like the size, it can sit up by it’s self and many other features. Upgraded from 7 yr. old laptop

Works well. The pen is included and the pen holder is second to none. The hinge works well. The computer specifications are top of the line at present for a consumer unit. The display is nice. I am a little concerned about battery life but it is easily adjustable.

Only 4 stars because I did not expect for the high powered product to have a system lock up in the middle of an application and/or game. However, have made some adjustments after talking with the Geek Squad.

I bought this to replace my old laptop. Bought it during the corona lockdown, so was not able to touch it. It is heavy! Feels heavy duty, so my kids won't break it as easily.

I like the laptop wish it had a bigger hard drive. That's the biggest down fall of the laptop. And the closing on the top if you dont shut it down after long time it makes it like you didnt shut it down right.
