useful for digital imaging and music. wish the keyboard had black letters instead of lightning up. Ideal for normal home use and super easy to set up. havent used the touch screen as often but soon.

Good computer from dell. We have always bought dell products and never have been disappointed.

Wonderful machine doesn't work the best for a tablet it is very power hungry though battery life on this one just was too low for me I haven't seen about 5 hours

Since Dell makes Alienware, I was able to find this computer with almost identical specs to the AW computer I wanted, but it was half the price. I dont care about the color changing keyboard and stuff, so this was a great option!

This is a great computer and was easy to get set, however the headphone jack is not operational. Tried everything and now looking at having to send in to get fixed. Never worked from the start.

This replaced an HP Envy 17.3", that I bought almost 5 years ago. It is still working great, but I felt it was time to upgrade. For the simple writing and spreadsheet work I do, this is a powerhouse. I really like this laptop.

Found by the start up very quick but it by passes the sign in all together and just holding you hands above the key board, the computer begins to make its own changes without your direction

Love the Laptop it's so fast! my only problem with it is the backlit keyboard only comes in white, so yes it's great in low light situations but in well lit situations I can hardly see the keys.

Good workhorse for home use. Mostly use it for web surfing and email, Some other apps, Runs well, quiet fan, Chassis is cold when first turned on, but once it's running it stays on my lap with no heat issues.

This is a wonderful laptop. The only drawback I have encountered thus far is that the backlit keyboard on the silver model is difficult to read when sunlight is on it. We just purchased a second one for our son.

Purchased this laptop a month ago to replace a dying desktop and get me through the end of my semester at school. So far so good. Very happy with every aspect of this computer as it meets every expectation so far.

Been a really good computer with fast enough to run SolidWorks 3D Modeling software without issue. Great display, Good Battery life... No problems in 2 years.

I love this 2-in-1. At first, I only wanted a laptop, but they did not have a 17 inch touch screen laptop available to purchase, so I got this. Very easy to use and the tablet feature is great when I am on the go.

Love my new laptop!! Replaced an old Dell since Windows 7 went away. The graphics are awesome & the speed is unbelievable. Still learning about it but would recommend to anyone who wants to upgrade their laptop.

I have had Dell computers and always had good luck with them Have not had a lot of time on it so far but it has done everything I have tried to do.

Do not use the touch screen but nice to know it is available. Keyboard would be better with a contrasting color for me. I initially had difficulty keeping my fingers aligned.

I’m happy with computer. Negatives for me are light up screen—makes it more difficult to read actually. Also, it has touch identification, but finger pad is so small-ridiculous and doesn’t work.

only issue is the mouse pointer disappears in Google Chrome causing me to restart the application but this is a software issue most likely and not a hardware problem.
