This was easy to set up it’s a little bigger and heavier than I thought it was but previously I had the smaller one and it died within a year so I thought a bigger computer might be easier to keep cool

Purchased this computer recently because needed it for Zoom and chose the 17.3" for the screen size which is much better for viewing as I need this for business. It's a fast computer and no lag time.

Loved the screen size but the keyboard was not comfortable to use, and the keys were difficult to see so e returned it.

I use a laptop connected to two 32 inch TVs. Since I don’t use the laptop display, I keep the lid closed. The touchpad kept responding as if it had been pressed. This caused issues with the mouse pointer jumping around and it produced visual responses on the TV screens. Adjusting the sensitivity had no effect. I have decided to replace this system with one that does not have a touch screen.

I am incredibly happy with this computer. I had forgotten how nice a fast computer was! My only issue is that the backlit keyboard isn’t always easy to see. It's an awesome computer at a great price.

This is my first Dell purchase and I could not be any more pleased with this laptop. Every aspect of this laptop has been top notch so far. I definitely recommend it.

Great laptop, love the different ways you can log in, much better quality than other brands & never had any problems unlike others

I'm really enjoying my new laptop. The mousepad is a bit sensitive for me and I've not yet found the setting to adjust it (not that I've really tried). I would definitely purchase this again.

fast, good screen view, setting your fingers up on the keyboard can be a little odd. something to do with the spacing. Can get used to after awhile.

geek squad agents do a fantastic job helping me when I call for help and when I bring my computer in for service. I am very satisfied with everything.

Very nice 2-1 with exceptional capability. Only down side is there is some excessive fan noise, but to be expected with a larger laptop.

It's fast and light weight, with crisp pictures and text contrast. I connected a second monitor that was on a different laptop, and wow the graphics look much better. Expensive, but I love it.

I've had my laptop for almost 2 years and still love it! I purchased from Best Buy and they were so much help in store. Would definitely recommend.

It was easy to set up and it starts up quickly. Nice design. Even though it is 17.3" it is easy to move around and doesn't feel heavy with mobilizing.

We love our new laptop. Our salesman, Sean, was so helpful and didn't make us feel embarassed by our lack of technical knowledge. Lastly the geek squad rounded out a positive experience.

limited supply of carrying cases for 17 inch laptop computer. the employee was very helpful. a case with a handle would have been more helpful

Great so far. Reading the reviews before purchasing helped make this laptop a good fit. The 17" screen is great and more important than it being heavier. It makes Zoom meeting easy.

With the help of the Geek Squad, this computer with windows 10 is my first one with windows 10 and it's not as scary as I feared. I'm sure in time we will be speaking the same language.
